Expected better from Whirlpool

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't like that there isn't a number pad to choose temperature or the timer. Have to use up or down arrows and either press the buttons many times to increase the time or temperature, or hold the button down so it climbs (slow at first and then faster) to reach the desired settings. When the timer goes off, it only sounds off once. If you miss it, and don't remember to take your food out, it will burn. Also seems that the temperature is not calibrated properly as we typically have to add time (5-10 minutes) and temperature (25 degrees) over what the recipes/instructions call for. The oven door handle gets very hot while using the oven for longer than an hour. Don't know why they put a vent there when there is already one by the back of the stovetop, which makes the back of the stove really hot.
