The best service workers come and help me show to me which one is the best or give me some discount I buy stove from there but without my plan from their discount I buy and microwave I’m so happy

Best buy is excellent...Whirlpool has made the stove cheap - lighter gauge metal, and it has to be4 repaired as the oven is not getting to temp. First one was damaged in box - top broken and side dented - box had no damage on it... second one broken - feels cheapy...it is a basic lower cost item....

This replaced a 13 year old Whirlpool oven of the same type. It worked great before it died. This is the "new" model of the one I had. When it arrived, I set it to 350 degrees. The indicator bell went off but the internal temperature was only 325. It took another 15 minutes to get to 350. I had them come and replace it with the same model figuring it was just a bad one. The replacement had the exact, same problem. Both times I needed to pay an electrician to hook it up per my buildings' rules. I also don't love the 5 burners. The 4 burners on the previous model worked better than the 5 burners. What is "Melt" anyway? The knobs are counter-intuitive. 4 good burners of different sizes were way better than this. I am now having the second oven replaced with a more expensive model. I will need to pay the electrician a third time. Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend this oven. I am stuck with Whirlpool as my other appliances are Whirlpool. Maybe not coincidentally, my fridge died first after 13 years. I replaced it in January. If I had known that the oven would die 2 months later, I would have chosen another brand. Dishwasher and microwave to go.

This a great stove. I have enjoyed it and its beautiful in my kitchen.

Love this range but since I bought it online sight unseen I didn't realize it's not a perfect match for the other whirlpool appliances I bought at the same time. Pretty nitpicky but the stainless, is a little different finish and the LCD is blue instead of white like the others.
