So far, so good. Product manuals need more clarity and am sending a letter to address some questions as to some of the functionality of the product. Drawer is at least 2" shorter than my old Kenmore.

I had this delivered yesterday. After the delivery crew left, I tried to open the drawer at the bottom of the oven so I could store some pots. The drawer was stuck and appeared to be off it's track. I wrangled with the door for the next hour, finally getting it out to look at the track and figure out the problem. In the process of doing so, I cut my finger open on the sharp edges of the track and had to go to urgent care to have the wound glued shut and to get a tetanus shot. I came home and tried again but after 45 minutes of trying to get the drawer back in on its tracks, I gave up. It is a flimsy drawer that is cheaply made. When I called Best Buy to have it shipped back and get a different brand, my call was answered somewhere in Panama and then they transferred me to Ohio. I live in Wisconsin. No one took notes from one person to the next and each time I had to start all over again with my explanation. Now I have been sitting on hold with the store in East Madison for over 30 minutes waiting to actually get a human on the phone. The service has been awful. Best Buy stole 2 hours from my day. This stove I purchased was disappointing. Save yourself some grief and don't purchase this stove.

This stove is nothing fancy, but for the price it does a great job. It seems to heat relatively evenly. The top is a tad difficult to clean, but overall I would buy this stove again.

Happy & exited with my new appliances. The Refrigerator has a lot of space, the stove is very helpful and the dishwasher 3 racks. Love them!

Be careful - burners really heat up - high is too hot.

It took 50 minutes because this item was accompanied with a microwave. The delivery team did an outstanding job!!
