Oven DOES NOT heat to temperature

It worked great before it died. This is the "new" model of the one I had. When it arrived, I set it to 350 degrees. The indicator bell went off but the internal temperature was only 325. It took another 15 minutes to get to 350. I had them come and replace it with the same model figuring it was just a bad one. The replacement had the exact, same problem. Both times I needed to pay an electrician to hook it up per my buildings' rules. I also don't love the 5 burners. The 4 burners on the previous model worked better than the 5 burners. What is "Melt" anyway? The knobs are counter-intuitive. 4 good burners of different sizes were way better than this. I am now having the second oven replaced with a more expensive model. I will need to pay the electrician a third time. Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend this oven. I am stuck with Whirlpool as my other appliances are Whirlpool. Maybe not coincidentally, my fridge died first after 13 years. I replaced it in January. If I had known that the oven would die 2 months later, I would have chosen another brand. Dishwasher and microwave to go.
