This range is nice but have not all the features yet. Would have liked lights for each unit because I keep leaving the burners on that I am using.

The stove is great compared to our last one. This is truer to correct temps especially the oven

Range died after 6 weeks. Working with Whirlpool was wonderful, except since it was the holiday had to wait another 2 weeks for a technician, then another month to get part needed for repair. Technician said cable from stove to outlet was improperly installed and burned out range. Like most smooth tops difficult to clean. If you get a stain of any kind, take care of it right away.

The men who delivered the stove were very professional, making sure that the walls and floors were not scuffed and that the stove was installed perfectly.

It is a good stove. Hard to clean top part when you spill or splatter grease or over boil.

Be careful - burners really heat up - high is too hot.

Coming from a budget model electric range, this one exceeds expectations. Love the additional warming zones and glass top is easy to clean. The fingerprint resistant finish makes cleanup even better.

So far, so good. Product manuals need more clarity and am sending a letter to address some questions as to some of the functionality of the product. Drawer is at least 2" shorter than my old Kenmore.

I had this delivered yesterday. After the delivery crew left, I tried to open the drawer at the bottom of the oven so I could store some pots. The drawer was stuck and appeared to be off it's track. I wrangled with the door for the next hour, finally getting it out to look at the track and figure out the problem. In the process of doing so, I cut my finger open on the sharp edges of the track and had to go to urgent care to have the wound glued shut and to get a tetanus shot. I came home and tried again but after 45 minutes of trying to get the drawer back in on its tracks, I gave up. It is a flimsy drawer that is cheaply made. When I called Best Buy to have it shipped back and get a different brand, my call was answered somewhere in Panama and then they transferred me to Ohio. I live in Wisconsin. No one took notes from one person to the next and each time I had to start all over again with my explanation. Now I have been sitting on hold with the store in East Madison for over 30 minutes waiting to actually get a human on the phone. The service has been awful. Best Buy stole 2 hours from my day. This stove I purchased was disappointing. Save yourself some grief and don't purchase this stove.

Happy & exited with my new appliances. The Refrigerator has a lot of space, the stove is very helpful and the dishwasher 3 racks. Love them!

It took 50 minutes because this item was accompanied with a microwave. The delivery team did an outstanding job!!

I did some research on ranges before narrowing my choices down to two. I am very happy with the styling and functionality.

The stove is fine. The original transaction was a disaster. The Best Buy store manager off of Fields Ertel was a champion!

This stove is nothing fancy, but for the price it does a great job. It seems to heat relatively evenly. The top is a tad difficult to clean, but overall I would buy this stove again.
