They didn't use any protection on the range while they were removing the fan and attempting to install the microwave.

I took delivery because I had gotten rid of my old one. Driver noted it and took pictures - I called Best Buy at that time and still have not heard back - that was a month ago . Oven makes a beeping noise if on bake

Three ovens did this to us. We ended up switching to a Samsung which works perfectly but had already bought a whole kitchen set of whirlpool :(

It won't maintain the heat (has dropped as much as 50 degrees) and have had the repairman out here twice. The first time they recalibrated it and after a week we called again. They came out the second time and said there was nothing he could do, it was within tolerances.
