The range is nice but the only issue we have is when your broiling something in the oven. It’s not broiling it fast enough.

New but cheaply constructed. Cannot read the dial info without a flashlight.

It's very hard for me rate something I haven't received yet. I purchased this whirlpool stove on 12/2/23. I was promised delivery on 12/16 then that delivery was cancelled and rescheduled 12/27. Then 3 days prior to that delivery I received an email asking me to schedule my appointment for delivery again. I immediately called customer service to see if this was an mistake, evidently not. Now I'm being told the earliest delivery date is now 1/8/24. Didn't know it was this difficult to buy a stove. No one from Best Buy ever reached out to me to apologize for the delay. On a scale of 1 to 5 they get a zero for their customer service efforts. Don't think I will ever buy there again!

Very hard to keep clean. Smears when trying to clean must use cleaner each time. Not much space in the bottom

The glass top burners stain easy and quick. We have had it a month and it already looks old and stained on the burners.

The product itself is fine but the experience for getting it was not. After rescheduling deliver 5 times due to the delivery team "running out of time" or too many deliveries scheduled despite having the time slot available, we had to pick up the stove in store. Received notice that it was ready for pick up only to get the stove and be told that the cord wasnt ready. Had to cancel the cord and go to Lowes for the cord. All in all, the process took almost 2 weeks to resolve and it wasn't a positive experience at all.

It looks good but until it is delivered and I am give a chance to actually use it, I can not rate it. Best Buy has missed two delivery appointments and the next appointment is next week. Hopefully they will deliver it on the third try.

Horrible, I was told the delivery guy would unbox items for me to look over but they didn’t so the next day when I was able to inbox it the stove has a huge dent on the left side of it

Just installed this range. It will not heat, On top or oven. I've had it one month. No return options

I never got it. The order has been cancelled. Your customer service is the worst. Because of you changing the delivery date 3 times I had to order a different stove. I have been unable to do any baking for Christmas and will not be able to bake Christmas dinner.

Best Buy made a mistake regarding why the installation has been delayed for over three weeks. Therefore, the item should be replaced with any available similar electric Range from Whirlpool. I should not be subjected to be without what I need to cook during a Christmas holiday.

This is a good price for this item. I really like how this Bestbuy has a lot of bargain prices

The burners heat up quickly. The oven preheats quickly and cooks faster than my old oven

I am not happy with my delivery my Electric range arrive damaged and I am waiting on a exchange on a delivery.

The stove stopped working after about 18 months, contacted Best Buy who told us that we had a warranty. Tried for 2 weeks to get it fixed but we just went round in circles made loads of calls and nobody called us back and it still isn't fixed. We gave up in the end and went to Lowes and bought a new one.

Great value for the money. Lots of settings and burners for all cooking types!
