Can't rate something I haven't received

I purchased this whirlpool stove on 12/2/23. I was promised delivery on 12/16 then that delivery was cancelled and rescheduled 12/27. Then 3 days prior to that delivery I received an email asking me to schedule my appointment for delivery again. I immediately called customer service to see if this was an mistake, evidently not. Now I'm being told the earliest delivery date is now 1/8/24. Didn't know it was this difficult to buy a stove. No one from Best Buy ever reached out to me to apologize for the delay. On a scale of 1 to 5 they get a zero for their customer service efforts. Don't think I will ever buy there again!

Dont do delivery!!

After rescheduling deliver 5 times due to the delivery team "running out of time" or too many deliveries scheduled despite having the time slot available, we had to pick up the stove in store. Received notice that it was ready for pick up only to get the stove and be told that the cord wasnt ready. Had to cancel the cord and go to Lowes for the cord. All in all, the process took almost 2 weeks to resolve and it wasn't a positive experience at all.

Best Buy has missed two delivery appointments and the next appointment is next week. Hopefully they will deliver it on the third try.

You suck

Your customer service is the worst. Because of you changing the delivery date 3 times I had to order a different stove. I have been unable to do any baking for Christmas and will not be able to bake Christmas dinner.

Request for a New Whirlpool Range

Therefore, the item should be replaced with any available similar electric Range from Whirlpool. I should not be subjected to be without what I need to cook during a Christmas holiday.

Wouldn't buy this product again

Tried for 2 weeks to get it fixed but we just went round in circles made loads of calls and nobody called us back and it still isn't fixed. We gave up in the end and went to Lowes and bought a new one.
