So far has been exactly what we expected. it's no louder or quieter than our previous one, seeing through the top is nice but not really needed. i'm not sure we've figured out the water levels yet but everything has come out clean so i suppose it doesn't really matter.

Our experience with Best Buy was professional, cordial and hassle free. Our appliances were delivered to another location with out any problems. The delivery guys were very nice.

NOT for pets. I've never had soo much pet hair in my dryer's lint trap. Had to dry blankets multiple times, though they were dry, just to remove pet hair. "Deep fill" is a joke. You can't get it on every cycle. It doesn't "deep fill" all at once. It fills as it's washing and about the time it's actually filled up, it drains to start the rinse cycle. So, your huge blanket starts off being "washed" in about 2 in of water...

This was a horrible purchase. Very loud like a helicopter over my house for 15 minutes when it did spin out, very long wash times, not enough water, clothing came out with odor after wash, often doesn't spend out and had to go down and adjust repeatedly. Very disappointed. Returning.

After having the washer for only three weeks, I already had to call out a repairman. While washing a bath mat (wouldn’t really call it a rug) the rinse and drain cycle continually repeated. After an hour, I finally canceled the load, ran drain and spin and it was complete. When the repairman arrived he told me that the washer was not made for washing rugs, blankets, or comforters. I need to take those to the dry cleaner. Why would Whirlpool build a washing machine with a tub this size if you can’t put a large item in it? And another thing he told me (a Whirlpool repairman mind you!) you cannot wash one thing at a time, not even one blouse- because the washer will go off balance. It is best to wash an even number of items. Needless to say, I regret my purchase.

I need to get used to how the machine wash. I’m not confortable with the amount of water when it wash. Had delay to start washing. Already had one wash blanket wet not full spin. Was not to clear on HE soap. Read the instructions I feel it use less water but longer to wash. Possible save water, but more electricity costs.

Great product. We have had it for a year now and works great. We love it.

I thought the idea of a removable agitator to be Awsome. Turns out the washer really didn’t live up to my expectations. The clothes didn’t really come out clean, and it took forever to do a simple wash.
