Good machine, got it on Black Friday deal. Reason for four stars it’s a little louder than I thought. Perfect for your garage, wouldn’t recommend Indoors.

Delivery was smooth, install was smooth machine works as described. Generally happy save having to spend $1000 three weeks before Christmas

At this time, I can only give this product three stars based on previous customer and online product reviews, as I have not received my new washer yet. It's on back order. However, I am looking forward to trying my new washer with the removable agitator.

So far, works great! The size of the drum is very nice. Much larger than our old unit.

I like using the sensor option and I like having the ability to add more water to the load if I choose. I like having the see through lid also. Nice washer

I made a mistake on the last washer by not buying a Whirlpool. This washer is so much better. It cleans very well, doesn't twist all the clothes or towels or sheets, and is very quiet.

The in store purchase was a great experience. The staff was able to answer all my questions. However im not able to provide a rating on the item since my pick up date has change wont be avalable on the day i was told which was June 23. I got an email item will be avaible for pick up on July 1st.

Washer is perfect. Worker or washes cloths great. Look the look and size. Quiet running. The rinse cycle is awesome. Really gets all the water out.

Despite the incorrect delivery of the ordered appliance at first, the return went smoothly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in person, for which I would like to express my sincere thanks. The delivery of the appliance I actually wanted was delayed by a few weeks, but this was apparently due to delivery problems on the part of the manufacturer. During this time, however, Best Buy kept me informed of the delivery status. In the end, I received the washing machine I wanted and am very happy with it. From the good and undamaged packaging to the appliance itself, I have no complaints and would 100% recommend this appliance and the store.
