Gear box making a noise and it’s brand new

It quit working so I got this model after endless hours of research on a good washer. I loved it. I would watch it do its thing everytime. On the third time, it started making a clicking or creaking sound during the wash/agitate cycle. The repairman said it’s the gearbox and needs to be replaced. Not happy about this. It was literally used twice before this happened and I don’t over load it. I’m very meticulous about everything. Obviously made a wrong choice with this one.

Loud, off balance, doesn’t get clothes clean
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this and it was delivered 4 days ago , does not seem to clean clothes properly, now trying to wash sheets and it didn’t drain properly, tried to switch to the drain and spin and it is now washing again , it and the matching dryer are loud!
