Best Buy Customer non-Service

Called customer services and they had no idea when that model in any color would be available. That should be important information for you to disclose before you sold it.

Broken when bought

The pad on one of the front legs was cracked and it shakes really bad during spin cycle. But Best Buy is bringing a new one and picking up the other.
