It works exactly as described, and I like that you can check the progress of the wash cycle through the top. It's relatively quiet, uses a small amt of water for each wash, and get's the job done. I'm glad I purchased this brand.

Not too loud (like some other machines) and works great. Only item missing would be the timer/counter of when the cycle is complete.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We did not receive the model we saw on the showroom floor and ordered, it had a removable agitator, bucket fill option, etc. The one received has no agitator at all and no bucket fill and I’m not certain what other differences there may be, not to make waves, we accepted the products (this also applied to the dryer as well, different).

Great tub size

The dial is easily understood when choosing wash cycles. The only negative is the washer doesn't have a readout of minutes on the duration of the cycles.
