Very efficient washer and takes the load, less energy. Would definitely recommend.

The control panel of our 4 year Maytag washer died, so got this Whirlpool. Doesn’t have the display panel, but it does a great job of washing our clothes. Love the capacity, deepfill option, and it spins a lot if water out, so drying doesn't take as long.

I really like this washer. I can wash alot of clothes because of it's large capacity. It cleans my clothes very well.

Was disappointed in this washer and returned it within a week. It was extremely loud and shook during the spin cycle. Also, no indicator lights showing how much time left in each cycle. There was a lot of condensation across the display area - coming up from the top left corner of the lid. Not sealed well. Had to wipe it down between washes.

Had to replace our existing washer and this one is working better than our first washer. Handles big loads much better. Can wash one load when our previous washer had to wash the clothes in 2 loads.

Love my new whirlpool washer, it holds much more per load and cleans them with such a fresh smell. My other washer which was only 1 1/2 year never got my clothes this clean and fresh smelling.i am just simply satisfied with my purchase.

Fits a lot of laundry, cleans laundry very well.. love that you can see what is going through the clear lid. Also love that I can adjust water levels.

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Came from a Samsung and will never buy another Samsung ever. It is obvious that the build quality here it’s a lot higher. I see a lot less plastic and more steel glass. With a four-year-old it’s nice to know that the clothes come out clean and the cycles are quick. It also doesn’t contain a lot of the modern conveniences such as an LED screen or app companion, but I’m OK with that because it saved me money and it’s one less thing to go wrong.

I know that they are not top dollar machines. They are a good value for the money I am very disappointed in Best Buy. The assistant Maddie was very nice and helpful. The washer and dryer were not delivered when promised though. They did not call or text me to tell me that they would not be delivered when promised. I had to call them and then it took 4 days due me to get them. Then they got my address wrong. Best Buy’s customer service needs to improve. I am beyond frustrated with Best Buy.

Great washer, gets the job done. Fits king king-size comforter easily. It has all the extra settings you will ever need and then some. Delivery and set up were a breeze.

Replaced a Samsung front loader with this unit and couldnt be happier. This unit is a little louder, but clothes feel much cleaner. Pet bed look alot better coming out of this machine.
