I like the washer because it is huge inside! The only issue I have with it is that it seems that if you don’t press the fabric softener button it doesn’t use the fabric softener. Maybe I just haven’t learned to use it yet, but that is my only complaint

Had this Whirlpool washer delivered on 12/14. I love this washer as it works well and washes quickly. A little noisy but it doesn't bother me. I highly recommend it as well as Best Buy, which is a great company to deal with.

Super quiet and installation was amazing! Definitely an updgrade.

Good washer, but wish it had an audible notification or time remaining feature. Our previous whirlpool had a digital display showing you the time remaining and this one doesn't, however, it does what it's supposed to do and does it well.

So far this washer is great. It is a little loud, but it gets the job done.

The machine is beautiful and, for the most laundry, it would be perfect. However, not until I was able to read very, very carefully the instructions did I realize that it would not wash the most important items -- the incontinence pads for an elderly relative in the household. To my knowledge, there was no information or indication that one should not wash items that had impermeable cloth which those pads do have. So, here we are with a wonderful machine that does not meet our purposes. For that reason I gave it only 3 stars. It would be helpful if there was easily accessible information concerning what washing machines with impellers can and cannot handle.

So far so good! Easy to use and I love it. It's super deep and I can't reach the bottom, however... had to buy a grabber tool haha

Huge capacity washer with every setting I'll ever need. Very pleased.

I love it. It has an obscene amount of space inside and the cycles are quick. I love the detergent slid out. This was easy to learn to operate.

Bigger and so deep until I can’t hardly get the clothes out of it ,I can wash my entire bed cover in it a one time still have room for more

The machine is ideal for my needs. The black coating is very sleek , it looks like it will not rust. The washer is quiet and I love that .

It isn’t as sturdy as I expected. And the washer doesn’t have an alert sound when the load is finished.

This is a great washer for the size, brand and sale price. The only thing i was very disappointed on was no soak cycle. I really thought this one had a soak feature on it.
