The pad on one of the front legs was cracked and it shakes really bad during spin cycle. But Best Buy is bringing a new one and picking up the other.

The washer is a little louder than what I would like, but I love the removable agitator feature. I dislike having to select to use fabric softener for every single load. The dryer is fantastic. Relatively quiet, drys fast and easy controls. Pretty pleased with my purchase and absolutely love the matte black.
