Burners have issues

This one does NOT have a bottom element so it all depends on the top element to completely heat the oven. Plus there was no boiling pan. With such a low cost, this ditty is on your dime. The top elements work good. Stove OK on looks. For a single person who doesn't cook that much, the oven is not a huge criteria and the price was right.
