This is my first stove/oven ever owned and let me tell you... it's awesome! :D Cooking and baking all the time I almost feel like Martha Stewart. LOL!

Nice looking stove, it ahs the extra griddle burner which is nice as well. Just hoping that Whirpool made in the USA stamp on these make it last longer then the Asian companies models.

We got this stove and it was not up to by standards (not picked by me)delivery was not great I had the top of the line in duel fuel but after 20 years it die so hubby got this and i never liked it from day one plus dealing with Best Buy is a trip so stove will be return & I will be with out one until I can find something I can live with plus I like Kitchen Aid way better this one was a Whirl Pool...I miss Sears who knew how to sell appliances,so back to researching for something I can live with.

The stove was so damaged in delivery that the door didn’t close. Still waiting (day 6) for my refund.

I bake a lot of cookies. I finally had to buy an oven thermometer because the oven temperature was constantly changing. The unit beeps that it is "up to temp", but it isn't. I put 3 sheets of cookies in to bake. 1/2 thru baking I rotate the pans. The temperature never got up to the desired temperature after that so I had to extend the baking time. When I was finally done baking, the oven temperature was 30 degrees lower than what it was set at. In my 51 years of baking in my home, I have never had this type of problem!

Range arrived missing an orifice on a burner. Installer discovered when testing it. Fire hazard to say the least, unless you like your flame over a foot high! How this unit made it past quality control at the factory is stunning. ALL of these should be recalled. I ordered this range 2 months ago and the defective unit still sits in the kitchen. Replacement was to come July 1-I cancelled the entire order based on serious safety issues AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE from Installation AND Delivery. Don't let the purchase date fool you. This is the date of most recent action (me cancelling the entire order), NOT when I first purchased it.

I love all the features this range offers! I’m glad I purchased it. I love how you can lift the grates to clean the stovetop. I was a little disappointed that my Microwave is so big that I can’t move the grates all the way up to the hold position to clean. I have to hold the grate with one hand and clean with my other hand. I do love it though!

Gas range installed beautifully , works great great deal!

Dangerous! The gas burners will turn on if they are bumped. We have a microwave above the range and have accidently turned the gas knob. Sometime the the igniter will go on, but at least once it did not. Lucky that I smelled gas and turned it off. Google it, It's a known problem

This is a high quality, easy to use, well built unit.

oven does not work out of the box. contacted Whirlpool and they said I'd have to wait 5-7 business days for someone to contact me as they don't have a service person in the area. So frustrating. This is brand new and doesn't even work.

Creates a LOT of heat in the area. The two larger burners don't have the same sized flame when on the same setting. One is too high. Oven takes quite some time to preheat.

I had this stove installed on 10/28/2019. One of the burners did not light on that day. Technician noted it in his records and told me to contact BB if it continued to not work. Contacted them the next day since it was still not lighting and there was a very strong gas smell each time I tried to light it. Technician returned and recommended that it be replaced. Pros were the overall look, oven worked great and other burners that worked did a good job. Cons are difficult to keep clean, Easy Clean was useless, Stove got very hot on top from the heat of the oven. I will add that the Geek Squad has been very helpful in their assistance.

I replaced an old well made oven for this. What a mistake. For the life of me, I can not clean the stove top. I rub and buff for 20 minutes every night. Worst material ever put on an appliance. I’ve tried multiple cleaners, researched the website, and it seems “buffing” the surface for 20 min is the answer. I hate it. The front burners cook way too hot and you can’t use the middle burner (ever) if you use any other burners, rendering it useless. The oven had to be recalibrated to add an extra 30 degrees to cook even remotely near the proper tempature. The convection oven takes so long to heat, I use regular bake, another “feature” not worth buying. I dread trying the “self-clean” option. Had to buy online because the store didn’t have any in stock, big mistake. I wish I never replaced my old one.
