Worst stove ever!

For the life of me, I can not clean the stove top. I rub and buff for 20 minutes every night. Worst material ever put on an appliance. I’ve tried multiple cleaners, researched the website, and it seems “buffing” the surface for 20 min is the answer. I hate it. The front burners cook way too hot and you can’t use the middle burner (ever) if you use any other burners, rendering it useless. The oven had to be recalibrated to add an extra 30 degrees to cook even remotely near the proper tempature. The convection oven takes so long to heat, I use regular bake, another “feature” not worth buying. I dread trying the “self-clean” option. Had to buy online because the store didn’t have any in stock, big mistake. I wish I never replaced my old one.
