We purchased a gas oven that needed to be converted to propane. First installer installed incorrectly almost a year ago. Not knowing it was incorrectly installed, we were breathing toxic/poisionous gases when using the oven. Been trying to get Best Buy to fix their error but they hide behind their rules and their subcontractor. Don't know if Best Buy will ever fix their error or if I can get my money back at this point.

Our contractor picked it up yesterday and took it to our new condo. We haven't seen it yet but he sent a picture of a large dent on the side. We will be out in Palm Desert on Friday to inspect. Everything else was great.

Also, I wouldn’t waste my money buying something that’s expensive. Just stick with your regular price stoves.

The oven heats up fast, but temperature is not consistent. Whirlpool's latest range designs are far superior to this one
