I had purchased this range online and had an in-store pickup. All I can say is that the range is awesome, does everything that I was hoping for. The 17,000 btu burners are definitely an upgrade to the 25 year old range I had. Oven took a good 3-4 uses to get the smell out, and thats even after a 2 hour bake of 200-450 degrees increasing over time. The service the store provide on the otherhand wasn’t the same as it has always been. The range came in with a large rip in the side of the box, and a stratch on the side of it itself. No one offered to discount or reorder that day, was left a message to return it after the fact it was installed.

It is very nice. We are upgrading to sell our home, but if I was going to stay I would have gotten a little bit better unit, but this is very adequate.

Great BTU's on the big front burners. The accusimmer boils water very quickly. The convection oven is perfect. Great features and look for the price!

Nice Range, perfect size grill top. almost looks flush with the counter top. fast boil, fast cooking oven. nice big window to view food cooking.

My new range is excellent. My old one was out dated. I have already cooked on the range and the oven and they work wonderfully.

Makes cooking a pleasure, this is a lovely stove. The extra burner really comes in handy when cooking large family meals

Initially, it took over a month to get the chemical smell to dissipate from the oven. Every time it was turned on, we had to open every window in the house to attempt to air out an intense smell and smoke that came from the oven. After calling Whirlpool and having an appliance repair tech come out, we were told it's a chemical that is applied to the oven during manufacturing and would go away eventually. It did, but took over a month. Otherwise, the oven cooks evenly and the stove top burners have great distribution of heat. Aesthetically pleasing to look at as well.

Stove looks and works great. It cooks evenly. It has five burners so I can cook more things at once with ease.

All I can say is simply amazing! Easy to cook on this stove and easy peasy to clean up any spills!

This is a nice stove easy-to-clean however the convection does not seem to enhance the heating feature. I feel as though my previous still would get hotter than this one but maybe it wasn't properly calibrated. I have been able to bake successfully and evenly but the baking time is longer than I used to have. Overall it is attractive and well-functioning.

Love this stove. Got the matching microwave with the stove and they look amazing together. Stove is easy to clean.

Works great easy set up. The oven does smoke and smells at the beginning. Call customer service said it was normal for the first week.

This range cooks fast and is larger inside. Wish the draw at bottom was bigger for my stuff.

This stove is replacing an electric stove in the kitchen. What an improvement ! Power burners are awesome, although I agree with some of the reviews that I read that it would be great to have one of the power burners and one of the regular burners in the front. They are so powerful that it's hard to cook something at a low temperature which means you're putting all the stuff you want to simmer on the back burners. That is my only complaint. I'm really happy with this stove so far.

The oven has worked perfectly and meets all the needs of the house. Nice finish and clean look.

I've had my stove for almost 4 years now and I'm still in love with it. I don't use the convection feature that much because I'm still not sure if it's used for baking or roasting. My stove still makes popping noises every time from the metal expanding - probably because I don't cook a lot. I still love my stove...

Super powerful burners, huge oven, burner grates look awesome and are heavy duty

Excellent product for this price range. Controls on the front a great safety feature.

Loved the look of this stove and the widened front window. I did not care for the style of the grates because smaller pots will rock on the open style. Also when you slide a pot across the cast iron; it will scrap the bottom and leave color if your pots are colored. Only other minor issue is one of the racks inside the oven has curved ends. I would have preferred two straight racks to have room. Great stove and very beautiful look inside home.
