Good looking dependable range at a great price.

This is not the top line model, it does not have convection cooking in the oven, and the griddle on the cook top that fancier models nowadays have. But then again, the price is hundreds of dollars lower. Best choice if those features are not "must have".

I picked it over a Fridgidare model of the same price (both were on Black Friday for $599). First, delivery was an hour late, but at least they called well after the end of their window to tell me they'd be another 45 minutes. About 5 minutes after installation, I moved the unit roughly 3 inches and it stopped working. I called Geek Squad and was assure they could be out a day later first thing in the morning to fix. I told them it had to be am as I was leaving town in the afternoon and wouldn't be there, again, they assure me no problem. Later that evening I got a call stating they'd be too me sometime between 3 and 5 pm. Yeah. I told them to forget it. Got the unit working and it gave off the most toxic smell ever. Stunk up my entire house for a day. For the next 10 days, it consistently took 5-10 minutes more than any recommend heating time to cook anything, including taking almost 25 minutes to cook a frozen pizza. On day 11 I returned it and got the Fridgidare, which has been fantastic. Maybe I got a lemon, because I read the spectacular reviews, but mine was a piece of junk.

Got a great deal!

Wanted to get a more "high tech" model but at a good price. We got this as an open box with "scratches". Even though there isn't a single scratch on the thing. Over 60% off the retail price and it is everything we wanted.
