So far very happy with the stove and it is really a beautiful appliance. Whirlpool did a wonderful job with the design and smart interface. My only issue right now is it did delivery with two left cast iron grate covers but hopefully after my 4 hour hold time today on Best Buys "help line" it will be resolved. But very happy with the stove.

I am in love with an incredible range. It has more features than I knew it had. Everything I wanted it has. Griddle, convection, rack framed top covering and easy computerized instructions. Awesome cooking machine.

I have purchased 2 ranges from Best Buy since March 2024. Both broke. The first one couldn’t be fixed. They sent me a Whirlpool this time with similar features as the GE. I had it serviced once and it worked for a little while, but it broke again just in time for the holidays. I’ll have waited about 3 weeks before they can repair the oven. Needless to say, I’m still waiting for the parts to arrive. Maybe I’ll get to bake my desserts and Turkey Dinner next week? It seems as though the big issue with getting this new oven fixed is getting the parts for it. There is no heat when you turn on the oven. My suggestion for anyone reading tjis review is to have your appliances checked before the holidays even if they are brand new as in my case. Imagine having 2 nee ovens in 1-1/2 years.

Love this range so far. My only complaint is the knobs for the stove turn too easy and have had accidental turn one a few times.

I've had it for a month. It looks fantastic in black stainless and cooks well!

Good oven and range, but easy to accidentally turn oven on while cleaning because touch pad is sensitive. Took forever to get it delivered.

So far so good, seems to work great. My old model died and the circuit boards both failed. I really went with this model because it matched all my other appliances and my old unit worked great until it didn't....

Great purchase start to finish. The gas range is an excellent combination of technology and ease of operation. Best Buy's personnel made all the difference. They provided insights on several ranges that helped in the decision process. This range makes cooking less of a project and more of a pleasure.

My wife and I absolutely love this range, we did lots of research on other products and are thrilled with our decision. We needed something thatwas going to be strong and durable as we love to cook. It has great range of heat on all the burners and an awesome oven. Finally it's very easy to clean especially with the the lift up grates.

My old range was taking forever to preheat and some of the lighters didn't work properly so knew it was time for an upgrade... I really wanted the convenience of waking up and telling Alexa to preheat my oven since I cook my own breakfast every morning... I did a little bit of research and came across this model... Other brands had worse reviews when it came to the "smart" portion of the oven... I was worried because some people said the "smart" function wasn't compatible with their router... I have a one year old router from Best Buy for Xfinity... I was relieved when everything worked fine! I opted for no install and was a little worried when they dropped it off and thought I might have made a mistake... But 10-15 mintues later (since I didn't need a gas conversion) it was ez pz… Just a wrench to tighten the connector and I was good to go... As usual, don't be alarmed after first use because it does smoke quite a bit to burn off the chemicals from the factory which is perfectly normal... Very happy with my purchase! Setup with the app on my phone was relatively easy and getting it to work with Alexa was too... Enjoy!

We really like this range. Very intuitive to set up and use via the app. Many cooking options and it looks great.

So far so good. This stove looks beautiful in my new kitchen. I love the oven and convection features. The middle center griddle is awesome, we have used it a lot already making tortillas. Cleanup has been easy as well. Very happy with this purchase.

The range works well. Only complaint is the touch screen does not respond at times and then you brush it and it changes settings.

I am super excited about this slide in stove. It comes with a griddle and it is convection. The only thing I would charge is being able to control the oven with a knob instead of electronically. I definitely recommend this stove.

I was a little skeptical about having a smart appliance like a range. However, after using this for over a month, this was definetely a great purchase. This range is packed with features. Its app enabled, so much of it can be controlled from your phone. The Yummly interface is also amazing.
