Customers consistently note the ease of use, excellent oven performance, and attractive appearance of the 5.8 Cu. Ft. Slide-In Gas Convection Range. Many appreciate the range's numerous features, including smart capabilities. However, some users find the touch screen controls overly sensitive, and a few have expressed concerns about the quality of certain components. The stove knobs' ease of turning is also mentioned as a potential issue.

Great oven, love the touch screen and the low profile of it?

I've only had the range for 7 months and realized 3 months in that there was a potential problem. I noticed that the oven wouldn't keep the correct date and time for some reason. I adjusted it after noticing and thought nothing else about it but it has happened twice. The date reflects a date in January 2019 and the time is off. Can someone from Best Buy or Whirlpool respond with some potential solutions or assistance with a resolution? I believe that the oven is still under warranty if it was purchased in late April of this year and delivered to me in May.

Stove looks good!! The bottom drawer is cheap and doesn’t seem to close all the way. Only two settings on knobs High and Low no in between!! Only
Owned it for less then a year and already had the main boar go out on me and also the board that controls the oven. If you’re buying this stove buy the extended warranty you’ll need it!! Also the WiFi connection on it is useless!! I can’t connect the stove with my internet to save my life so you’re paying extra for something that is useless. Whirlpool use to make a solid product had a stove that lasted over 15 years only reason I went back to them!! Also bought a 3000 dollar whirlpool fridge and same thing already having problems with it!!! I don’t recommend it!!!!!!

Have had this range for a few weeks now and love it. We weren't looking for wifi connection but having that feature is great, especially for peace of mind when away from home wondering if we left the oven on. The look is modern and professional.

We got this as a new try to our remodeled kitchen. We matched it with a microwave and we simply love it!!! It has different cookimg options, you can add cooking instructions on food packaging and it will preheat and cook at the best heat level without having to worry about burned food!

Wonderful with the exception of the wifi. Cannot see the need.
I discovered while looking at upscale ranges that Whirlpool makes Kitchen Aide. This range shares a great deal of the upgrades found in that product at a reasonable price.
