Love this range so far. My only complaint is the knobs for the stove turn too easy and have had accidental turn one a few times.

It looks really nice in our kitchen. The only issue that I have is that it takes some time to preheat the oven, and also the fan stays on for a while after the oven is off to cool the unit. Just a warning, the first to you use the unit you will have wait to cook anything because it smokes for a while.

I think it is important to point out that this is a recent purchase, so it is difficult to rate it with much confidence. (My previous stove was a highly rated Maytag which was also started off very promisingly... 5 years later and the oven's igniter went bad for the second time - my refusal to pay for that repair again is what prompted this purchase...) So, fingers crossed and hoping for a better outcome this time. Anyway, so far it has been a nice change - wasn't sure if we would but, I must admit, we use the app to preheat the oven often and it has saved a lot of time. The center griddle is also a great feature especially for making grilled cheese, it could be perfect if it was a little wider - can't cook the standard batch of 6 pancakes at a time - but I can live with that, because I definitely prefer cooking them over a flame than on the electric griddle. So, I guess I will update this if the need arises - but otherwise, feel free to assume I am still quite happy...

We really like this range. Very intuitive to set up and use via the app. Many cooking options and it looks great.

DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES REQUIRING PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION FROM BEST BUY. We purchased gas oven and conversion kit for propane. Unfortunately Best Buy’s subcontractor installed incorrectly and unknowingly we breathed toxic/poisionius gases for several months. Not sure how severe medical issues are at this point. Have tried for a year to get Best Buy to correct situation but they hide behind their policies and their subcontractor.

Good oven and range, but easy to accidentally turn oven on while cleaning because touch pad is sensitive. Took forever to get it delivered.

Great purchase start to finish. The gas range is an excellent combination of technology and ease of operation. Best Buy's personnel made all the difference. They provided insights on several ranges that helped in the decision process. This range makes cooking less of a project and more of a pleasure.

My old range was taking forever to preheat and some of the lighters didn't work properly so knew it was time for an upgrade... I really wanted the convenience of waking up and telling Alexa to preheat my oven since I cook my own breakfast every morning... I did a little bit of research and came across this model... Other brands had worse reviews when it came to the "smart" portion of the oven... I was worried because some people said the "smart" function wasn't compatible with their router... I have a one year old router from Best Buy for Xfinity... I was relieved when everything worked fine! I opted for no install and was a little worried when they dropped it off and thought I might have made a mistake... But 10-15 mintues later (since I didn't need a gas conversion) it was ez pz… Just a wrench to tighten the connector and I was good to go... As usual, don't be alarmed after first use because it does smoke quite a bit to burn off the chemicals from the factory which is perfectly normal... Very happy with my purchase! Setup with the app on my phone was relatively easy and getting it to work with Alexa was too... Enjoy!

So far so good. This stove looks beautiful in my new kitchen. I love the oven and convection features. The middle center griddle is awesome, we have used it a lot already making tortillas. Cleanup has been easy as well. Very happy with this purchase.

I am super excited about this slide in stove. It comes with a griddle and it is convection. The only thing I would charge is being able to control the oven with a knob instead of electronically. I definitely recommend this stove.

Love it! Preheats quickly and the best feature that I use the most is “proof”. Making sourdough bread is so much easier.

I was a little skeptical about having a smart appliance like a range. However, after using this for over a month, this was definetely a great purchase. This range is packed with features. Its app enabled, so much of it can be controlled from your phone. The Yummly interface is also amazing.

The range works well. Only complaint is the touch screen does not respond at times and then you brush it and it changes settings.

I'm still learning how to use my range. So far I'm loving the convection oven. I've been looking at this stove for a few years, now wondering what took me so long. Still need to figure out the smart tech app, although I don't see them need for it.

A beautiful addition to our kitchen.The large burners heat water faster than ever before. The oven has performed flawlessly. Everything we have made has turned out perfectly. Replaced in old 25 year old Tappan stove

Just purchased this stove. The touch buttons are very sensitive. Looks great and is very modern.
