Worried about the touch screen since even phone wear out but time will tell on that one.

The only downside is keeping the control panel clean. It is always smeared with fingerprints. Love how the grates lift up for easy access to clean between the burners.

The stove was delivered with parts missing. one month later we still have not received the missing parts. it took them one month just to order the parts from Whirlpool. Why? I don't know. I have called and was repeatedly told they were sorry but no explanation.

I personally have not found any use for the WiFi on the stove. Perhaps appliances nowadays are trying to be too connected. I think Whirlpool could keep the cost down to the consumer by not adding WiFi to appliances. Unnecessary option.
