So far I'm loving the convection oven. I've been looking at this stove for a few years, now wondering what took me so long. Still need to figure out the smart tech app, although I don't see them need for it.

I discovered while looking at upscale ranges that Whirlpool makes Kitchen Aide. This range shares a great deal of the upgrades found in that product at a reasonable price.

The oven just stops igniting in the middle of baking. This is random and doesn't do it every time. The technician has now replaced all of the parts in the oven, the control panel and we still have this problem. I called Whirlpool to ask them to replace the range and was told that only a master certified technician can do that, and they made an appointment for the technician to come out.

Self-Cleaning Slide-In Gas Convection Range in Stainless steel and have been very pleased. It does a great job and looks good too!

We purchased gas oven and conversion kit for propane. Unfortunately Best Buy’s subcontractor installed incorrectly and unknowingly we breathed toxic/poisionius gases for several months. Not sure how severe medical issues are at this point. Have tried for a year to get Best Buy to correct situation but they hide behind their policies and their subcontractor.
