The dehumidifier has a small size, it works well for a year, then it started to freeze. It had the best buy guarantee, it got me out of trouble. the dehumidifier has a problem is that the water falls into the bucket and when the pump is full it activates and takes out a little water from the bucket like a glass of water more or less the problem is that this water is not clean and the bucket is always full all the water stains the bucket so every 15 days you will have to take the bucket out and wash it with hot water and some product that removes that mold that sticks to the walls of the bucket to prevent you from getting sick I think Whirlpool should have a way that the bucket remains empty once it is filled and the pump drains everything to the bottom

Works Great. However having an issue with pump Not draining after one year of service.

Bought this dehumidifier as we wanted to replace a much older model (different brand) that required us to empty a large, open top bucket. Needless to say we didn’t empty the old one on a frequent basis. Bought this one because of the built-in pump option. It took us a few minutes to set up the new dehumidifier and run the pump house that came in the box into our washing machine discharge pipe. It’s been running now for about 3 weeks and have had no issues with any leaks. The basement even smells and feels damp free now. Controls are easy to use and set. So far we are very happy with our purchase.

So far so good. Still trying to figure out the auto pump. I can manually use the pump but can't seem to figure it out auto, Should be simpler

Not the best performing dehumidifier. The water pump for the discharge water did not come on when it need to. I had to return this item.

Not a good product. I got one and another one a year later. The first one lasted 2 years, I got a replacement unit as I had extended warranty and this lasted about 2 years again. The second unit lasted about 21/2 years.

Works well, easy set up. Built in pump is very convenient.

We have just started using our new dehumidifier from Whirlpool. So far it has been great. It takes a lot of moisture out of the air in our basement. It runs very quietly which is an amazing plus. It seems very versatile with its different settings. We like the added advantage with the pump for when we will leave the house for a few days. Haven't tried that yet but that is one reason we purchased this model. Purchasing the model and having it shipped to our house was very smooth.

Working great and doing what I expected. Would buy again if I needed another.

Unit was excessively noisy when compressor was on. The handle on the bucket continuously came off in your hand when attempting to empty it. Bad design.

I've had this dehumidifier for only a few weeks. So far it's doing great, getting humidity down to 35% on the best days. The automatic pump is keeping the moisture removed. I'm happy so far. Let's see how it does over the next few years.

Works great and keeps up with basement. Nice to not have to empty nonstop. Replaces a model that caught working and a company you can’t get a hold of. Best Buy at least has good warranty and they answer.

When our last dehumidifier bit the dust we searched for a new one with auto pump. This unit is wonderful!
