    The dehumidifier came very quickly and was packaged to protect it during shipping. Had it up and running in about 15 minutes. Runs very quietly and I can't even tell when the pump is running. Couldn't be happier.

    So far so good had it for last than a month and is doing what is supposed to dokeeping the humidity of my basement at 55. Noise level is moderated.

    Bought this because it has pump to drain to our crock in the basement. After only one week freezes up entirely and had to shut it down to melt the ice. Tried to return but was past the fourteen day (ridiculous) time frame.

    Buyer beware. Even though I purchased a new dehumidifier BestBuy took in on themselves to ship me a filthy, scratched, incomplete and seemingly previously returned unit
