We replaced a dual zone wine refrigerator with this single zone. Reds too cold. We should have spent the extra on dual zone. Upscale appearance. Racks not as nice as the Kitchenaid we had. Our fault for not spending more since we plan to sell house in a few years.

Quiet operation, holds 50 bottles in same space as my old 36 bottle unit

Works wonderfully well and is great if you only need one zone. I use it only for reds and it keeps the temp perfect. The only downside keeping it from 5 stars is that it does have a bit of a hum when the compressor kicks in. Otherwise its perfect.

Replaced a 20 YO ULine. Looks nice, very quiet, and cools as it should. However, very poor design-750ML bottles only fit with some coaxing. Big problem is with door and shelves. If the door is not completely open, the shelf hardware will hit the rubber door gasket, and with time will tear the gasket. Plus, even though the unit is leveled, the door is not balanced and you have to make sure it is closed firmly. Both these things are design flaws, and I would not buy this unit again.

I give it four because it took us three fridges before we actually received one not damaged. Fits and looks great in our space. At first I thought bigger bottles would be an issue but they fit as well. Clean looking

Bought this as a floor model, so for the price I paid I can't complain. It's a perfect size for my condo, and I actually like that you cannot see a brand name on the front, so that it's not out of place with my other appliances. The only drawback is that it seems rather noisy at times, and during one of it's cycles, it almost sounded like it was struggling for a little bit. Not what should be happening with a unit that was on display a few weeks. Other than that, it's a decent unit, and serves it's purpose.

It's not the top of the line wine fridge but it fit my needs perfectly for going under my kitchen island. I like the lighting when you open the door as well.

This item completed my kitchen remodel. It is an excellent product. It holds all my wines and keeps them at a perfect temperature. I am completely satisfied.

So far so good. Not noisy at all and keeps the wine cool. Only issue is the tray's do not come out easy without hitting rubber on the side of the door.

Overall it is doing the job. However, the door is supposed to be reversible and we could not get it off to swap it - the screws were in too tight and would not budge (even with a drill). Additionally, the bottom shelf is essentially useless with the way the back shelf is. So I would not say this holds 54 bottles, and certainly not pinot noir bottles, but that is true with any wine refrigerator

I gets the job done. That is it cools the wine and works well, but even regular size wine bottles are exceptionally tight fitting. I drink a lot of Meiomi Pinot Noir. It comes in a very standard 750ml wine bottle. Unfortunately, when I pull out a drawer, the bottles rub on the rack above. In fact, it is so tight, I have to put the bottles in so that none of the paper is up. Otherwise, when I open the drawer, it catches on the wine label and pulls it off. I would think they would allow at least a 1/16th of 1/8th inch clearance, but they don't. Also, the drawers are very hard to pull out even when they are empty, and worse yet, you have to make sure the door is wide open or the drawer will catch on the edge of the door when pulling it out or pushing it back in. Whirlpool needs to rethink their design of this wine cooler.

This built in wine fridge is very quiet. The blue interior light is a bit 70’s for me, but overall it is a nice unit.

the unit slid right in and is working as it should. the LED lighting is nice as well

Great cooler fit right in where dish washer used to be. Seems to hold temp well so far. Highly recommend
