Easy set-up. Good instructions to understand. A little noisier than expected. Overall great product. Have not tried the heating but have hen needed.

The Whirlpool 12,000 BTU 230V Through the wall air conditioner with supplemental heating worked well when tested when it arrived. The unit gave out heat as well. So hopefully that feature will continue to work this coming winter when we are ready to use it. It has been less than a month since the purchase date and no problems. Fingers crossed. Adequately cools the room. The eco option works well but doesn't cool as quickly when used. Quality appears good.

This unit arrived with the fins crushed together and a dented corner. (My son was able to separate the fins.). When unboxing it, my son noticed there was a plastic frame of some sort instead of a “cage” to slide this wall unit into. Because my rent house needed heat badly during freezing weather and it actually did produce heat, I didn’t send it back. I don’t know what the condition of the unit was before shipment, but I was very disappointed in how it arrived and paid a total of $900 for it. No complaints from my tenant about the operation of it, however.

We purchased this wall unit air conditioner for our kitchen, living room and bedrooms which are all located on one level. It's very powerful and it cools the house really nicely. It's very good quality.

Works great. I am freezing and it is set at 71. Keeps our house nice and cool. Not to mention ordered Thursday morning and received it Friday night. 2 days early!!!! So great!

Our last a.c. unit was 15 years old. This one is quieter, best feature is the REMOTE. The temperature control is a great feature.

Great AC works good on energy saver. I would recommend this AC for great cooling a medium size bedroom.

Overall good. Pumps a lot of heat on Heat mode. On Heat mode, the fan works as if on Eco mode. Would have been nice if on Heat mode, u had the Eco type fan either always on, or on/off as like eco mode. Either way, it's a good unit.

The unit is compact yet efficient runs off of 220 power which gives it a dedicated power source also the remote is a nice value add

This unit works perfectly, it is quiet, the only concern in that the display is hard to read.

To start: The package came ,AGAIN, with punctured holes. (And I say again, because I had to return the first one due to a puncture on the left side of the A/C!!!) But since I am an older person, I couldn't return it to your store(s)... And I can't fight you anymore... The a/c is very noisy, and It takes a long time to start cooling. Also, it either does not have a thermostat to stop when the desired temperature has been reached, or it is not working. I can go on, but...
