The first time we used the stove top it scratched very easily with an aluminum pan. We had another glass top for 14 years and it did not scratch. Whirlpool said our fault because we used it incorrectly. I don't see how but it is paid for and so be it. If you buy one be sure to not slide the pans at all.

We bought this to replace an older range that didn’t match the “newer” Whirlpool appliances. Loved the convection “option”. It had 5 pot zones. The large zone had 3 elements and the medium zone had 2 heating elements. You do not have to use all of them if you use a smaller size pot. Energy saver.

Ok range, it did not come with the control guide just the quick start guide, I had to download the control guide. I connected the range to Wi-Fi and updated but I see no change available to choose the air fryer option.

When I started looking for a stove I knew what i wanted. I wanted something that was modern, had great performance, convection oven big enough for a turkey, and that I could access remotely via the internet. THIS was the holy grail. Beautiful styling,and modern design. I love the heating elements and the dials. They are very easy to use. Kicks out a great amount of heat and has burners big enough to fully cover my biggest cast iron pans. When we got it home I linked it easily to my wireless router, and set up the Whirlpool app on my phone. We did have to call the customer support line as at first it wouldn't work, but they were able to instantly push a software upgrade to the device, and bam! It works great. I can start the oven preheating on my way home from wor to throw things in instantly. I can scan frozen dinners, and have the oven instantly set to not only cook it properly... but better than the listed instructions with not needing to pre-heat the oven at all (It adjusts the time and temp itself). And, I get notified when someone at the house turns on the oven while I am out, which I am betting would be good if you have kids in the house. It is awesome. Great buy! I'd get it again.

The oven looks great. The design is great and it has many features we like. Cleaning is easy with no needed chemicals to clean oven. This is a convection oven and it cooks more even.

We shopped around for a stove that had at the least four burners that could be used at one time. With new options of "warmer" burners and "melt" burners?.... This one had 3 usable at one time. The oven is nice and is easily set. Programming to wifi is a trick we have not mastered. A little tricky for this Sr. Citizen! But all in all it's a good choice.

Good product for the price the stove is very nice and heats up quick stove top is clean looking with a lot of uses and the convection oven is extremely fast great looking and easy to clean after use would recommend this unit to all

I like the large oven, the convection feature is wonderful, the cooktop and the remote control app. The oven controls are easy to understand. When I received the range, it was unresponsive to my dry chapped fingers, I almost sent it back. But I used the phone remote control app to cook dinner that night. We are delighted with our purchase and its been a real blessing to our multigenerational family of users. Everyone thinks the dishes prepared so far are a little better, and I am a happy cook.

Great convection 6.4 cubic ft. oven with lots of space. Easy to use and the knobs are on the top so my kids cannot reach them.

Where to start with what I like about this stove....everything! I like the app so that I can preheat my oven where ever I am. My favorite thing is the rapid preheat setting. This oven preheats so much faster than my old stove. I did remove all but one oven rack as recommended for rapid preheat setting.. This oven is large and will accomodate 2 of my flat cookie sheets on one rack. I store my other racks close by and it would not be a problem to add them, but most of the time one rack works for me.

My wife loves it. We have more meals at home instead of eating out since the range was delivered. The delivery personnel could not have been friendlier or more efficient with their delivery and installation of the range. We will go to Best Buy first when we need an appliance.

I couldn’t be happier about an oven! There is multiple rack adjustments and plenty of room. I baked two whole cakes (four round baking tins) all on one shelf. They all baked perfect and evenly. I also baked my Easter dinner with the ham on the lowest rack and multiple side dishes on the rest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this oven! So happy! Oh, the stove top is excellent too! Many features and I am glad I purchased it from Best Buy, the transaction and delivery was seamless!!!

Love the all the features of this stove has to offer, only down fall is the whirlpool app that's require to use some of the features. The App needs to be updated, it keeps disconnecting from the stove.

The oven is nice with the three racks. It heats up quick and cooks evenly. The cook top cooks nice. The clean up is difficult due to water marks.

Love this new stove, has a lot of room for everything. Convection feature works great. Burners cook a lot better than our old stove. Only complaint is it is sometimes hard to see the controls. They are light and when your eyesight is not great they are hard to see.

One of the better ranges I’ve had cooks great cleans good and that’s saying something for a glass top the WiFi and scan to cook preheat options are nice to have if your lazy like me

The oven is solid. The door is heavy and quality. It has quick preheat. Top burners heat up fast.
