The key pad for setting the oven requires a heavy touch to set. The oven doesn't seem to hold temperature. When set to 350 degrees it will cool to 325 before reheating. This is not good for baking.

I cooked a standing rib roast using the convection feature and it was cooked to perfection with a seat on the outside and perfectly and uniformly rare on the inside. The glass cooktop is a pain to clean and scratches easily. Also, black rainless steel is a painted on finish that can scratch off then it's really ugly so be careful.

We can’t get our google home to link to the range so we haven’t experienced all that this range can do. Other than that the range is really great.

You can set up cooking time by your phone or even keep warm if you have to run out for emergency. I would recommend this oven for people always having to go out, or for legally blind people since you can operate remotely by phone or Alexa.

A Poor Choice for People Vision Problems

Even with stove lights on, I need a flashlight which I keep on the counter by the strove. Burners heat quickly and multiple size heat grids are useful. Stove in black and chrome is attractive.

Easy to use and numerous bells and whistles

Initially you have adjust cook times. Every meal I have cooked has tasted better and cooked much more evenly. I would recommend this product as well as the type.

We love the scan to cook function and the timer notifications on the phone. The only problem we had was connecting to WiFi which was solved by using the alternate method.

We are glad we got this from best buy...great customer service,delivery,and price!
