HOLY MOLY! We recently bought all new appliances for our home. ALL WHIRLPOOL because when you down load the whirlpool App you can control all appliances from your phone. With this range, it cooks everything perfectly! There are so many settings. You can open your app on your phone and select range. If you’re cooking Pillsberry grand biscuits, there’s a button for that. If you’re wanting to cook a Totino‘s pizza, there’s a special setting just for that. If you want to cook a Stouffer‘s lasagna there’s a setting for that it seems like everything that’s offered in the grocery store is on this app to cook whatever you want to perfection. It senses when it’s done perfectly and shuts off. no more burning no more waiting to preheat. It’s a convection oven, an air fryer, a warmer and if you’re a baker your cakes and treats come out light fluffy and tasting wonderful. Take my advice. If you’re looking for a new range/stove top, I suggest you pick this one you will not be disappointed! It is beyond amazing Bravo Whirlpool. Also, thanks Best Buy for making it so easy to purchase and pick up with great prices.

The looks of the range is great. The control panel is great. It takes a little to get used to the burner settings. But after you get used to them it is great. The only thing that is a negative is you have to hook it up to the internet to be able to use the air fryer feature. This may eliminate this feature from ever being used. I have not decided on this yet.

Very easy to use even for a Senior citizen. Didn't think I'd use the WIFI capability but love it! Looks great even in my 1980's kitchen.

Honestly not thrilled splurged on a higher end oven because of the technology to connect to app and touch screen. First of alll it’s been a few months and cannot connect to any app tried from 2 different phones I guess because our wifi is 5G and now we’re having an issue with the touch screen having a mind of its own clicking into different screens. There is not any water or food touching the screeen it’s wiped clean. It clicks own its own to the assisted cooking screen then the meat screen then the lamb screen all on its own I scared it going to turn on when I am not home. I can just sit and my desk and here the touch noises going off pretty creepy. Is there recall on this thing? I would love something else instead. Cooks good though I like the convection. Also touch screen stopped working once had to unplug the whole oven and plug it back in that is not an easy task by all means.

We have yet to use half the available features the range offers, but those we have used work great. A few of my favorites are: 1. The mobile app that allows you to control the oven remotely 2. The lock feature makes cleaning the range top easy 3. The oven size!!! 4. Stove top controls on the front of the range and not the top or back make it so much easier to use and clean 5. Oven cleaning feature

Loving it so far. Heats very fast and looks great too. We still have barely used any of the many features, but so far we are very happy with it.

Love the look and functions of this new range! Cooked a turkey breast for Thanksgiving (w/ old range) and Christmas with the new range - exactly the same way and the Christmas bird was much better! If any complaints I would say that the timer notification is way way too quiet - you only hear it if in the kitchen and nothing else is going on at the same time.

I love every thing except the control panel being so exposed. It is glass and can be broken. I dropped a lid off a bowl from above range. Micro and shattered the control panel glass. $600 later I am cooking again.

The only issue I had with the range was connecting the app to it. I think it was an issue in the app side. Eventually doing the same process over and over I got it connected. Otherwise I love it. It’s such a sleek addition to the kitchen!

Great deal, great appliance! Called a Best Buy rep from my home, discussed the appliance I was interested in and he help set up everything for me. Crew delivered it and set it in my kitchen for me, quick and easy. A few days later I used it to its fullest potential (all burners and the over) to cook my entire family an amazing 5 course Christmas Supper! Love my new Whirlpool Range, Love My Best Buy Plus membership and am so grateful for the Best Buy team members who took out all the stress of buy a new Range Appliance!

Very happy with my whirlpool stove. Has many features that i didn't realize it had. Nice looking too.

This range is compact for a slide in fit and does not stick our from our granite counter. Very professional and commercial looking appearance. Heats up quickly with good temperature control. So far a pleasure to use.

This is really nice addition to my kitchen. I love the black stainless steel color. It is easy to clean. Stove works great, heats up fast and I love the option to preheat the oven before we get home. I can also see if my kids turn off the oven once they are done.

Overall this oven was a step up from our prior oven. The wifi connection for the oven is cute but not a deal maker. Oven cooks well. The glass top cooks well but is a lot of work to keep clean. The recommended cleaner does a good job though.

Just got it temporarily installed for remodel in the kitchen. But we went a head and started using it while finishing up. Love it. Easy to use and operate, looks great.

Looks so nice installed in our new kitchen with the matching overhead-mounted microwave. Love the modern features and convection oven.

Glass top needs times for caring, besides that this is a good product.

Works with all my other whirlpool appliances. The touch screen is sensitive to wipe downs and have had to unplug to get it to work again.

Works great and looks nice. Large surface area allows for plenty of room between pots/pans.
