So far so good.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like the look. It is a little hard to guess the temperature on the triple burner. Really like that broiler has temperature choices.

Do Not Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this stove 2 years ago because I over the look, color, and air fry capabilities. I have been very disappointed because the main circuit board starting going bad about 3 months ago. At first it would randomly not connect to WiFi so the “smart” range would not update properly. When it did decide to connect, it would update and work for a while. A few weeks ago the main circuit board went out completely. So now my oven is useless and only the range top works. The main board costs almost $500 not including labor! Of course Whirlpool says “Sorry about your issue, but your warranty has expired.” I will never again purchase a smart Whirlpool appliance. Ridiculous that you pay that much for an appliance that lasts only 2 years.

Beautiful and nice new features to get used to.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stovetop control knobs: Pro - the protruding front lip of the stovetop protects the knobs from getting food splatters. Con: The protruding front lip of the range slightly blocks the view of the knob settings. Words/numbers on control knobs of stovetop are not bold enough to see without a brightly-lighted room and/or young eyes. Stovetop glass: Pro – Beautiful. Con – Water streaks left by damp towel are very visible when both wet and dry. Need to wipe a second time with a super dry absorbent dust-free cloth like chamois. Marks left by cookware easy to make but difficult to remove. Oven racks: Pro – Lighter weight than old ones, easier to manage. Con - Not as heavy duty as my old ones, not sure about long-term durability. Convection feature: Pro - Love the fact that this range has convection capability because it no longer requires a heating element on the bottom which used to get in the way of cleaning. AquaSteam Oven Cleaning: Pro - Works nicely, but need to use it almost everytime the oven is used because the baked-on dried splatters are difficult to clean, and the range instructions tell you not to use chemical cleaners and scrubbers as they may scratch/damage the finish, and the oven does not have the very hot self-cleaning function where it used to burn off the stuck-on splatters. Electronic display: Pro – Attractive, easy to read/use. Con – very sensitive. Accidentally touching it if you’re wiping up a spill during oven use can change the settings you put in including the timer, and the settings do not seem to be retrieveable once they’re changed. The control lock does not engage when the oven is on so you can’t lock the settings down. For example, if you’re roasting a turkey and have the timer set and then the settings/timer gets changed/deleted because you accidentally touched the display while you were cooking something else on the stovetop, you won’t know how much bake time is left on your turkey unless you remember what time you started the timer.

Could be soooo much better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Range looks nice but there are a couple really stupid things Whirlpool did that make it hard to use and possibly dangerous. First off you CANNOT read the knobs. I am 50 years old and use reading glasses. I cannot tell what the knobs say in full light with or without my glasses on. Same with my wife and same with a Best Buy employee who we asked at the store after we received it. Secondly, this could be easily fixed, if the knob changes registered on the digital display window, like the oven, but sadly they do not. Lastly, the red light that tells you the burner is still hot, so you don't burn yourself, is hidden in between 2 knobs on the from panel so you can't see it from the side or the top. Don't they test these things in a real life situation? Wouldn't buy it again without those simple changes.

Nice range, but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't understand why the timer volume is so quite (even when full volume) that you'll just never hear it if you aren't standing nearby. Just makes no sense. With the volume turned down, med or low, just forget it. I've got great hearing, so that's not the problem. Is this just ours or do they all whisper... We have to use the timer on our microwave, because this one seems like a fail.

Touch screen failure in 4 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This oven costs entirely too much to have such a low quality screen. The premature death of this touch screen confirmed my suspicion that it would be the fail point of this apppiance. Using very low quality electronics like this makes these appliances disposable and they know this. These companies would prefer you to buy a new appliance every few years than build something that will last. I don't know about anyone else but when I spend this much on a oven I expect many years of use. I will not be buying another whirlpool product or any appliance with built in technology like a touch screen. Currently waiting on a response from whirlpool to see what they are going to do about it. I don't even want the oven anymore. Do not buy this oven.

DONT BUY!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Currently sitting here with the SECOND range that doesnt work. I originally bought this about 1.5 months ago. Plugged it in and the oven contol panel didnt work. When you start to bake something it acts like its going to start, then completly shuts down and reboots, only to get running and shut back down again. Over and over. The interior light turns on and off randomly. So i called and they said they would send a tech out. Waited 3 weeks, tech walked in the door and i told what it was doing and he said it was the control board and it was junk. So, called to get a replacement unit- another 3weeks!!! Just got the new one today, AND IT DOES THE SAME THING!! I have spent hours on the pho e trying to fix this problem with no help. I am left on hold for 45mins at a time and then hung up on. To spend this much on a stove and them both to be bad, plus no help from anyone. Unacceptable!

Piece of crap
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not only does this app have a slew of bugs with first connecting your products, after you take an hour to get them connected you have to deal with the bugs of dryers and washers constantly saying “idle”, and not responding to commands from the app or sending updates...they just sit at “idle”. Once you attempt to call whirlpool to get assistance you are placed on hole for twelve minutes and then get sent to a voicemail box where you leave a message only to never receive a call back. The range does the same thing with sitting on idle on the app. Brand new out of the box, it doesn’t get hot and the oven light does not work. The app and appliances have been nothing but problems since the start. I regret spending the significant amount of money for the supposed “latest and greatest” from Whirlpool...formerly my most trusted brand. Big fail, Whirlpool...y’all need to get it together before you lose all of your lifelong customers.

Total bummer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to write a review awhile ago but it was never published. Due to the ongoing issues I am forced to try again. This has been one of these worst purchases I have ever made. There are many issues. The touch screen is terrible, it freezes, anytime you wipe anything you have to go into settings to lock the screen and then go through the settings again to unlock, one drop of anything activates the screen. The wi-Fi is useless. The knobs on the front are unreadable, not sure who that thin font would've ever made it through one meeting. You can't see the light that tells you the burner is warm because it is hidden in-between 2 knobs. Any kid coming from any angle would never see it. The knobs are also very "songs" when you turn them making it hard to get the right setting. Everything about it feels poorly made and not thoroughly tested.

Poor quality, touch screen does not work.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awful!!! Do not waist your money. The touch screen panel does not work. I bake cakes as a side and had an order for today, I now have to cancel it because of this useless thing. As much as I try to work with it, the screen simply does not work. Nothing moves and it’s always glitching. I got this stove 3 weeks ago, so it’s still in good condition just awful quality. Very disappointed. So angry I can’t do my job because of this thing. It doesn’t even preheat to 350°!! I had my cake in the oven for an hour and a half, and the highest degree it made it to was 160°. Aside from my cakes, I am unable to cook any dish whatsoever in that oven.

Worst stove I have ever had
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It burns everything in low. You have to watch it all the time. Be prepared to get on your hands and knees if u want a clean oven. Aqua lift does not work. I complained so much that I found a law suit I joined. I am getting $100. Settlement!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so disappointed in the range. When it arrived in September a knob fell off within weeks. Called Whirlpool and they wanted to just send me a new one but I demanded a service visit which they said I may have to pay for. The unrelated technician fixed ALL the knobs for me thankfully. In March the touchscreen stopped working so I can't use the oven portion AT ALL . Have a service visit scheduled that I was again told by Whirlpool Customer Service I might have to pay for. It's absolutely inexcusable that a range I paid $2K for has already had these issues and is unusable at this time. I haven't had an oven in over a month and I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated- plus I absolutely dread what the future holds with this range.
