Very very good stove and oven. It has anything you may need to cook a great meal… even the air frying capability in the oven. Love it!

While the oven itself is fantastic and stylish, it constantly will drop its connection to the smart app and have to reprogram it almost daily. I have given up on the smart service and will use it just as an oven.

We bought this during Black Friday. Love the stove. Wasn’t happy with the damaged product we received. Best Buy is replacing it but have to wait over a month. The keypad where you set oven temp, etc. is a little touchy. You can’t wipe it down without the oven trying to understand what you’re doing and attempting to preheat, etc. we’ve only had it a few weeks. No complaints to far.

So far so good. Haven’t burnt the house down yet!!! They ability to control this remotely has been useful when you’re at the store and want to preheat the oven so it’s ready to go when you get home. Otherwise, all the other functions work as they should. Also, looks fantastic in stainless steel!

the product is good, but the interface needs improvement. Often, users cannot set it up with the manual by themselves without calling customer center

It's only been a month (took 6 months to deliver) but so far so good. The color is very nice - more bronze than black depending on lighting. The only thing we don't care for is how easy it is to accidently turn off the oven with the touch pad.

I regret ever purchasing this oven. The software Is buggy and the WIFI application is worthless. The touch screen is horrible whomever thought it was a great idea of adding a touch screen that will shut the oven off whenever a drip of water hit it from a boiling pot didn’t think it out much. Adding a touch screen tablet without a reboot option other than unplugging the oven, which has to happen at least every other week, is beyond frustrating. This is a lemon I would gladly return if it was an option. I have loved whirlpool appliances but this model has soured me completely on the brand. I have never owned a more frustrating to use appliance. Poor execution, poor software, and horrible technology wrapped up in a very pretty looking oven. 0 out of 5 stars if it was allowed.

Convection and wifi at reasonable price. Some stainless is actually plastic.

Excellent range. The burners react quickly similar to gas. The oven cooks evenly. The only downside is the touch screen is easily activated while cleaning the surface.

I haven't really had much of a chance to use this range yet, but I like it so far. The cooktop is easy to use and pretty easy to clean, and the touch screen display for the oven is very nice. I have it in the black stainless steel, and I think it looks really sharp.

Good product, but the control panel quit working after 2 months. Luckily Under factory warranty. I bought the total protection and extended warranty from Best Buy but they do not cover the first year. Doesn’t really make sense, when you buy a 3 year warranty but really only get 2 years from Best Buy.

Great looking oven with nice features. Only complaints are that it's tough to keep cook top looking clean and the top oven rack is slippery when putting in pans and bakeware.
