This was returned by another customer and it was in good order on the floor when I found it as far as I could tell. Upon pickup I realized that one of the knobs for a burner was broken. Not wanting to pay full price, I took it home anyway. I ordered the replacement knob which was $40. It came within a few days and it was a huge pain to get on. The disc that holds the knob and works tandemly to turn the temperature was in the wrong place, so that had to be turned to the correct placement at the same time while trying to get the knob on at the same time, which was not fun, but we got it done. It works perfectly. I also realized the bottom oven was missing an oven rack, which i can order but have not as of yet. Was it worth the $500 discount? Absolutely.

The two doors are real great on the oven. They both work very good and the top stuff has many good features!

Love having two ovens, It’s not always about needing to cook a lot of food, for being able to heat up a smaller portion of the oven when you’re only putting in one casserole dish or pizza pan. This product is easy to use, cooks perfectly, easy to clean and offers flexibility in cooking.

Excellent double range, love it, Pre planning is a must, the outlet needs to be installed in a specific spot so the stove will slide all the way back to the wall. Since its a double oven there s limited space behind the range, not like a stove with a draw on the bottom with plenty of room to put the outlet anywhere, down load the specs so you can install the outlet in the exact spot it needs to be.

This is actually the second time my partner and I have purchased this oven--we bought it for our old house and then bought another when we moved. It looks good, the glass cooktop makes for easy cleanup, and having a double oven is wonderful for holiday cooking. The small oven on top preheats very quickly and is perfect for day to day cooking. My only potential complaint--and it's more of a quirk--is that the oven will sometimes preheat to 5 degrees away from the set value and stay there for a long time, giving the impression that it's not really preheated, but it effectively already is.

We purchased this oven after comparing two others at the store. What it has to offer, its appearance and reviews were all to our liking. The double oven for us works because our family doesn’t have the need for one big oven (use) but rather a smaller. After bringing this bad boy home and putting her to use…… we were totally satisfied! I read some complaints about the glass top, all we can say is most other ovens had the same issue of scratching on theirs. The multi size burners help the wife pick what she needs and is able to to that while using the front burners. If you have the time, our suggestion would be to visit BB, see the oven, compare and pull the trigger on what works best for your family. Good Luck on your next glass top electric oven. ⚡️

Having double oven is a great thing to utilize at times but I find myself using mostly the top unit. It works great. Cant really say I have any complaints other then the installation, bracket, leveling from delivery. Figuring out the settings was a bit different but overall easy concept. The glass top can be difficult to clean theres some tricks to that on google search. products/methods etc.

I love the double oven because if you are cooking something small you don’t have to turn on the big oven

The stove top is easy to clean. The controls are easy to use and well marked. You can download detailed instructions from the whirlpool website. The two ovens are good. The bottom larger oven is the convection oven.

This Whirlpool double range oven is a great value. I looked at other options from GE and others but those were at a higher price point but in looking at the details and overall look of all the competitors this unit was the best value. The double oven is a great use of space. You can use the small oven for smaller items and once in awhile when you need the large oven (for big family dinners) you can use that one. I even use the small oven in place of a toaster oven which frees up my counter space. The front of the oven doors also look just as good as the more expensive units. My only complaint would be that the knobs for the cooktop look a bit cheap. I think if Whirlpool were to improve the look of the cooktop controls they would have a great unit.

I love this range. The ovens heat up quickly and the variable burner settings is great. I especially love the steam cleaning option for the ovens. I would say that this range meets all the points you need for modern cooking and it is everything it is advertised to be. I would recommend that before you have your range delivered you check to be sure that if your electrical outlet is not flush with the wall, you have it adjusted. There is no open space behind this range for an outlet to stick out from the wall. Our delivery crew was so kind to wait for my husband to make the necessary adjustments before they installed. Others might not have the time.

The best thing about this range is the 2 ovens that can be set at different temperatures at the same time. Has to preheat longer than the light indicates and the temperature has to be set 25 degrees higher than what it reads to get the correct temperature.

Works well easy to use .nice being able to cook 2 things at once. Miss the lower drawer. Not as much room for plug to slide in without drawer

This stove/double oven is wonderful! I had company over last weekend and having both ovens was such a delight, as I did not have to worry about what I can cook first, second, etc. I was able to cook two hams, baked beans, green bean casserole, and rolls all at the same time. The delivery, set up, removal of my old stove, and explanation to me how everything operates was as smooth as silk.

Great purchase. I have wanted a double oven stove for a few years now, but could not find one which I felt was in my price range. This oven has proven to be worth every dollar and I am quite satisfied with the quality and the price.

I love the stove, easy to clean. Having dual ovens makes it easy to cook extra items, especially for parties. Glass top is nice, has extra extra burner too. Digital controls easy to use as well. Still learning some features, but great oven..

My stove died right before the holidays. Did all the research and found the right one for me. it does everything and more. It was delivered and installed just in time to cook for thanksgiving. The dual ovens work great. The warmer function on the stove top was perfect for keeping things warm while finishing up the rest of dinner. Best stove I've used!

Just got this a couple weeks ago. I love the double oven with both handles. Easy to clean..
