Rapid Pre-heat

The cook top heats rapidly Cons: The bottom oven requires getting on my knees to remove an item. The rack in the top oven is pretty near the door which makes removing items from the top more challenging than a normal oven. Overall: Heats quickly and works great as long as you're careful moving things in or out.

Love my double oven

A good purchase so far

One issue it still has is the locking latch does like to sneak out between uses and can prevent the top oven door from closing fully. Was able to overcome issue with superior force and hasnt been issue again thus far unsure why it likes doing this but on next appearance will investigate further.

Excellent experience

Cedric was a super salesman and Lou and Roshawn delivered and set up everything and checked it out and gave a mini-lesson on the controls. I will most definitely purchase my next appliances from Best Buy and will request these gentlemen to make the process as easy as it can be.

Fantastic stove

Purchased at a different retailer after cancelling with Best Buy, due to lack of communication and several phone calls of not knowing what is going on. 10/10 would NOT recommend ordering from Best Buy and shopping local.
