A good purchase so far

One issue it still has is the locking latch does like to sneak out between uses and can prevent the top oven door from closing fully. Was able to overcome issue with superior force and hasnt been issue again thus far unsure why it likes doing this but on next appearance will investigate further.

Rapid Pre-heat

The cook top heats rapidly Cons: The bottom oven requires getting on my knees to remove an item. The rack in the top oven is pretty near the door which makes removing items from the top more challenging than a normal oven. Overall: Heats quickly and works great as long as you're careful moving things in or out.

Purchased at a different retailer after cancelling with Best Buy, due to lack of communication and several phone calls of not knowing what is going on. 10/10 would NOT recommend ordering from Best Buy and shopping local.

It’s taken us some time to get used to the temperature settings, especially on the smaller top oven, but that would be with any oven. Overall, I would give it good marks.

I didn't realize how hard I was working to make my custom food by wasting so much time watching my oven. This oven practically cooks and bakes without a worry of checking my food. Half the time! Even baking of food, Picture perfect food! LOVE LOVE LOVE this oven!
