Good brand but I wish the surface wouldn’t stain scratch often. I think Whirlpool should invest in a better - scratches resistant grass surface.

I love, love, love my new range!! Food cooks so evenly in both ovens. Purchased this range because my old Whirlpool finally stopped working. Always wanted to have double ovens and this was the next best thing. You will not be disappointed!

I love the double oven! Thanksgiving and Christmas are going to be a breeze!! Having the 5 spots on the stove makes my culinary dreams come true.

Electric Range is excellent so far. My wife and I both love it. It cooks so much more evenly and efficiently than our old gas stove.

This is just above a basic range. The layout of the burners is good and one of the reasons I chose this. I don't like the timer and oven setting buttons. The oven racks are not as sturdy as my older oven. And the top oven door is not aligned well and I will need to have a repair person out to look at it.

Love it! It heats up quickly both burners and ovens.

Bought this oven in January. Cleaned the oven before use and found paint peeling from roof of lower oven. Called WP and waited 7 weeks for them to send a tech out who took pictures and agreed paint was peeling. Waited another 3 weeks for new stove to be delivered. First heating and found the same thing with second oven. Now need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get refund and oven removed. Will not be purchasing WP products any longer.

This is such an amazing upgrade! I love being able to use both ovens separately and the cooktop is great. Also looks wonderful

Great oven exactly what my wife and we wanted. Highly recommend it and with installation from Best Buy it was super simple.

Terrible ovens! Will not maintain temperature. Takes way longer to bake. Bakes uneven. Burns one side. Other not done. Both ovens are horrible. Repairmen say it’s “normal”

My wife couldn't be more happy with our purchase , she said she doesn't know why we didnt get a double oven sooner so far xmas dinners coming along quickly

I love the convection baking. I replaced a GE double oven of the same size. I bake often. This is fantastic for cakes. The kids also love the frozen and pizza setting. I only have a couple of complaints. The timer beeps once every couple of minutes and is not loud. If you need a timer, set one elsewhere. The bottom oven door is another fault. I'm used to having the dilemma of doing squats to remove heavy food out of my lower oven as I've had a similar double set up before. However, this one slams the door down fast to the floor. If you aren't wearing shoes prepare for some abused toes. Overall I'm happy with how it cooks food. The range is good, it cooks evenly and I like the burner size options.

I love practically everything about this stove and oven. It preheats rapidly, has very spacious baking chambers, bakes evenly, the burners are very fast and efficient. I was able to roast one leg of lamb, plus two whole chicken simultaneously and got excellent results. The downside for me is the surface of the stove. It smudges easily and requires constant work to clean. Another downside is that there is only one timer for both ovens. This complicates life a bit. Whirlpool should just assign a dedicated timer to each oven. Overall though I am very pleased with my stove.

Overall, this is a nice range. We love having the double oven, not sure how we ever got by without it. I only have a few complaints that might affect your decision. First, the timer end beep is not loud, and it only dings once, so if you miss it...good luck. Second, the door on the lower oven goes all the way to the floor...so watch your toes opening the door. Third, when using the timer, you can’t see the clock, even pressing the clock button, like on most ovens. Not enough not to recommend this range, but just something to be aware of.

Always wanted a double oven for those times when I need two drastically different things in the oven, as well as convection. This is both of those. The top oven preheats drastically quick for the small and simple items, while the bottom remains large enough to cook even a turkey. The downsides I’ve noticed are that there aren’t enough indications to warn of hot/warm burners. Just a single light to say there’s a hot burner, but which one? Could be a recipe for a burn or melted dish somewhere in the future. Also, the top oven will take some experiments. Being so small places food very close to the heating elements. My first pizza was utterly burnt to a crisp before the cooking time was even half over. I’m pretty sure nothing can go bare on the rack in the top oven. Also like others have mentioned, the glass top is nearly impossible to completely clean and scratches easily. We discovered right away one of our pots had a marred bottom that made some gouges in one location that did absolutely nothing to our previous stove from the 90’s.

Old Whirlpool oven had some issues. We've had good experience with Whirlpool so bought this new double oven. First off, the double oven is super convenient, especially for larger family gatherings, such as Thanksgiving. This range looks nice and for the most part is easy to operate. There's a few things I would improve on, though. First, the timer beeper is not very loud at all. If you are not standing in the kitchen listening for the beeper, it's very easy to miss and then only beeps once every minute or so afterward. Second, turning off the timer turns off the oven as well, so if you want to give it a few more minutes, then you have to reset the oven. My third is more of a caution than improvement, because you really can't change it with the design of this oven. Since the bottom oven goes to the floor, when you open the oven door, the handle will hit the floor...or anything (like toes) between the handle and the floor. Also, since the oven is at the floor level, you will frequently find yourself on your knees on the floor to check things in the oven, or to pull them out of the oven. I wouldn't recommend this oven if you have issues bending over or being on your knees and getting back up.

Convection oven cooks slow cook/braised meats better than our old oven. I like having the smaller upper oven for the kids single serve meals and snack items. Hopefully it's saving energy? My wife liked the 3 sized burner at the store only to come home and find it out the 3 sizes really don't match up with our pots and pans. I don't like that I can't set it to cook for 30 minutes. You have to set it to cook from 5:00 to 5:30 instead.

This was returned by another customer and it was in good order on the floor when I found it as far as I could tell. Upon pickup I realized that one of the knobs for a burner was broken. Not wanting to pay full price, I took it home anyway. I ordered the replacement knob which was $40. It came within a few days and it was a huge pain to get on. The disc that holds the knob and works tandemly to turn the temperature was in the wrong place, so that had to be turned to the correct placement at the same time while trying to get the knob on at the same time, which was not fun, but we got it done. It works perfectly. I also realized the bottom oven was missing an oven rack, which i can order but have not as of yet. Was it worth the $500 discount? Absolutely.

Great looking range. Have had it for a couple weeks. Working great. We chose this model because controls were at the rear and not accessible by children or clever pets. This is our first ceramic top. If you're not used to ceramic tops, they look great but are high maintenance to keep that way. Using Whirlpool cleaner does a nice job - but its similar to waxing your car any time you get anything on the top. I may get more relaxed about this as time goes by. Before its installed be aware of the location of your electric hookup and what the range requires. Our hookup had to be relocated before we could push the range all the way back. Home Depot did a great job on installation but they weren't electricians... The bottom oven is really good sized. We haven't put a big turkey in there, but don't see a problem doing that. It is convection and does a great job on cookies! The smaller top oven is what we use the most. Be cautious when taking items in and out of the top oven; there's not much clearance between the lower rack position and the open door. I usually wear a mitt. This is the Stainless Steel model. The door fronts show fingerprints - but we don't really touch them much. Handles aren't a problem. Overall, this is a really nice looking and functional addition to our kitchen.

I have only had this product for a short time but so far I love it, It looks great, matches the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to use and the double ovens makes everything much simpler, and saves me a lot of time especially on holidays when family is visiting.
