Simmer is too Hot

Best Buy's warranty missed two appointments and gave zero resolutions to the issue other than asking me to miss a third day of work. Best Buy has failed me and my family. We have a non-working range that we purchased a warranty for. The warranty is worthless as Best Buy can't get anyone out to reliable to come to assess what is wrong with it, let alone repair it. Definitely can't get Best Buy to replace it and they will not provide the number for the warranty company.
