Top open has black flakes coming off the ceiling and getting into the food. Our bottom oven has stopped working. Can't get it to turn on. Very disappointing!

The burners take forever to get get hot, because of the energy save, the ovens are not airtight, and the glass top is the most difficult I have ever cleaned. I’m not an inexperienced cook, and this isn’t my first time using a smooth tip stove. Won’t be buying another like this again.

The double oven is great but it does not seem to be cooking at the temperature it is set at. Also the glasstop does not clean easily. We have had to repeatedly scrub the glass with a glass cleaner with lots of effort to get it clean.
