    I thought I should not have to purchase a new dryer cord. Mine was in perfect shape & the vent kit I had to buy was not needed. The delivery guy said mine was better installed than the one he had brought with him. I was able to return the kit, but it took about 20 minutes & two trips for them to even find my order.

    I like the varied settings and the accu dry sensor. Towels come out fully dry and fluffy on hot and very dry settings yet a sweater was damp on medium heat and delicate settings. Does dry rather quickly though. Totally dislike the "fog horn" cycle signal - way too disturbing and loud but it can be turned off which is what I do. I haven't washed very many loads yet but I am pleased with my purchase at the sales price I paid.

    Best buy had the best price on this great dryer! I originally purchased the electric version by mistake and went to the store to make the switch. The only problem I had was in trying to reach them by phone. I had to go into the store to make the switch.

    I think this is a great dryer. It does a great job at what it's supposed to do. I like the fact that it has quite a few controls you can manipulate depending on the items you're drying. So far, I'm very satisfied we purchased this dryer.
