Only issue I am having is with my bulky items (blankets, bedding, towels, etc.) not drying completely after one cycle. I usually I have to run the dryer no less than two times before those items become totally dry. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

We were not interested in upgrading to the fancy new style washing machines. This washer run quietly and efficiently. Very happy with this product.

Our first efficiency washer and it took some getting used. You just have to trust the machine knows what is best for water usage and levels and don't overload it. Took a bit longer to wash than my old machine but it does a great job.

This dryer is a life saver. It was easy to install myself but beware, it doesn't come with a cord if you self install and they didn't tell me this in the store when I purchased it. So make sure you grab your correct plug to hook up your excellently priced gem. I had free delivery and didn't want to pay $60 extra for the delivery people to (install) put the cord on and push into place. I'm able. It comes with easy leveling feet on the bottom so you won't have a shaky dryer.

Bought this dryer on 12/24 due to thinking my old dryer was broken. I had the new one installed and it was doing the same thing my old ones doing. Hot outside, wet and cold in the middle. Turns out my dryer vent outside was clogged. Once that was removed it and the vent line was cleaned out the dryer worked just fine. It is a no-frills dryer so if you are wanting a lot of premium features this one will not be for you. If you want a dryer that drys your close and will not break your bank then go for this.

I purchased the washer/dryer combo and got a good deal: as you know, BestBuy will negotiate prices sometimes. This dryer was sold to me at a great price and have been content with my purchase. The dryer vent at one point was clogged, but I removed everything quickly and it was as good as new in no time. This dryer heats very well and is energy efficient. If you want a great washer without spending too much money, then this is it. Ive had mine for nearly 2 yrs with no problems with the exception of a clogged vent, but nothing else.

This is a great clothes dryer. It has a good-sized drum capacity and dries clothes quickly. Minimal noise is a plus.

All I needed was a basic dryer and I didn't want to pay for features I would not use. This unit was a good value in that it gave me all the features I needed and at a great price. It has reduced my drying time from my old dryer and works well.

Great dryer! I can dry a full load of jeans (6-8) pair in the amount of time it takes to wash a load. Very quiet.

This is an okay dryer. I thought I was misunderstanding the cycle settings and re-read the manual after a few days of use. For example, the cycle setting "Very Dry" is referring to an item you want very dry at the end, not an item that is already mostly dry when you put it in. I tried using different settings, and it seemed like there was no in between. It was either still damp or so hot the clothes felt like they were going to burst into flames. Also it is supposed to keep rolling at the end of the cycle to keep your clothes from wrinkling. This made me wonder how it could really be that energy efficient if it was continuing to run an extra 40 minutes and the clothes were not even dry before that part of the cycle began. I now am using only the timed dry cycle. I still have a few things that are damp, but it does a better job than the other cycles.

The capacity of this dryer is much larger than my last one. It has more setting options, and it is much quieter. I love it!

Bought this for elderly mother in law. Replaced 20 year old machine. She is super happy. Easy to use and energy efficient.

I needed something with a good price that will do a good job for my big family. This machine meets my needs.

So far this has been a great buy. It's very quiet and it gets the cloths dry. What more can you ask for?
