Wanted a basic dryer for a basic price, seems to be a great appliance. The ordering process and store delivery along with the store pick-up was right on, no issues and everyone was helpful and had great knowledge of the process.

Large capacity dryer. This was bought for my daughter and she is very happy with the settings, performance and size.

With about a month of use we are very happy with the dryer. The drying is thorough and quick. The dryer is definitely louder than ones we have had in the past but closing the door to the laundry room shuts out the noise fine.

The dryer is a great price for all the drying options it has. I always use the Most Dry option and have only had to re-run it when I had a lot of towels and sheets in there. Otherwise, it's always dried everything perfectly.

Upon my decision to relocate to a new residence closer to my daughter's university, I took this as an opportunity to purchase a new washer and dryer as our apartment does not furnish nor provide these appliances. I decided that I would make my purchase from Best Buy based on satisfaction from previous purchases and great service I have experienced. I set out with a plan to purchase a product made by Whirlpool as this was a name I was familiar with growing up as a child in my parents home. I researched and read several reviews on Best Buy's online website while comparing different brands of washer and dryers. I chose the model of washer and dryer based on the positive feedback from customer reviews and also the price range within my budget. We have been using our new appliances just under two months and I will say that my daughter and I are very pleased with the performance of both our washer and dryer. Both meet our needs and perform as advertised. I had chose for delivery and installation by Best Buy and I am very impressed with their professionalism and prompt service, on-time as scheduled, they even explained the operation of our appliances and tested each one to ensure all was correctly functioning and afterwards loaded up all the packaging making it such a convienence for us. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Best Buy.

Great dryer for anyone looking for an easy to use, no frills dryer. Sensor cycle works well. I like the extended tumbling feature to keep clothes from wrinkling.

This dryer is easy to use. It dries things quickly and efficiently. I really like the large capacity it has inside.

I purchased this dryer about 6 weeks ago. I purposely wanted something that was basic, not many bells or whistles because sometimes they are more prone to malfunction. I do have one of the newer washers, that spin clothes at a high speed to eliminate most of the water. Despite this, whenever I put a full load into the dryer, it takes more than one cycle to get the clothes dry. Even when using "high heat" and timed for 70 minutes.. Thought it might be a problem with my circuit, but the electrician I had come out said everything was normal there. Frustrating when clothes take a full cycle and a half or more to dry.

Great dryer. Just what I was looking for. Good price. Would have rated it higher, but I find that the dryer is a bit noisy.

Love the washer. It works great. The dryer took at least 2 full cycles (70 min each) at first but now is drying most loads in one cycle and I only have to add a few minutes if there are towels or heavy items.

I love the wrinkle guard feature the dryer will turn on and off by itself to prevent wrinkles. I really like this dryer and it makes it even better that it was inexpensive.

i love the easy use of this machine. i am used to the older machines o i love that it levels the water and does not make a lot of noise. i also love that the door locks when it is in use!

Great washer and dryer for the price. Washing machine cycle is a bit long, but cleans well. Dryer is quiet, Washing machine on spin cycle is a tad bit noisy but not unbearable.

I bought a dryer that cost 3 times as much & it didn't work near as good. I would recommend this dryer to anybody. Easy to use, dries fast without shrinking clothes.

Ever since purchasing the dryer, drying clothes has never been such an easier thing to do and I like that when the dryer is on there is no loud noise as the clothes are being dried.

Love this machine. Drys very quickly. Size is good for our basement. The side open is good for us also . Best thing is it is VERY QUITE!!! Thanks for helping us get a great machine!!

A basic model that delivers exactly what we need - to dry and quickly. Best Buy delivered the dryer on the date and time scheduled. It was a simple installation.

This is a basic dryer that gets the job done and then some. It is the quietest dryer I've ever experienced. You actually have to stand alongside it to verify that it is running.

I've bought many Whirlpool appliances before. So far, this one is just as good. Dries very well, even on low. While it is a little too easy to turn the audible alert on, I am very happy so far.
