Since then, the gas line has been replaced and the duct work cleaned. Also got a new washer, since your dryer is only as good as a washer. After that, this dryer works great! Nice basic dryer. Drys clothes fast!

I was on a budget and wasn't ready to spend $1000+ on a set, for me, this was a great buy. My old dryer was to the point that I had to run the cycle twice to dry my clothes... It feels great to be back to one cycle again! #happyface

I was very disappointed to find that the sensor did not seem to work. The dryer kept cutting itself off although the laundry was still wet. I was planning to exchange it for a different brand or model. However, I had read so many good reviews that I wondered if I had just gotten a defective dryer so decided to exchange it for the same model. I am glad I did because this one works well, and I am very happy with it. It only took a few days for the exchange to be made. Because of Florida law, I had to pay to have a licensed gas plumber install it. The manager at Best Buy reimbursed me for having to pay for the second hook up. I am very satisfied.

Tried for 10 days, I read the manual, I did everything it recommended. Called Geek Squad on 2/29/16....transferred twice, hung up on once. Then called store, took 20 minutes to arrange for new item.....everyone learning on this one.
