dryer is very simple to operate with it's easy to use functions. operates quietly and dries jeans in no time at all

I bought this after my Whirlpool Dryer died after 16+ years of service. It is as easy to use as the first one and dries items very well as long as I use the correct settings. I chose this instead of a steam dryer after researching the options and differences. I am VERY happy with my choice. I would have given a 5 star but I have not had it long enough to warrant that rating. Buying at Best Buy was a simple, fast, helpful and friendly experience as always.

So far I've found that this dryer works very well and I enjoy the features that it has. I especially like the door that opens in such a way that it makes a kind of shelf that actually makes retrieving laundry out of a dryer a little easier for those of us with bad backs. I like that everything comes out dry and that there's a feature to make sure that the laundry unwrinkled if the time has expired and it takes you a little bit longer to get the laundry out. For the relatively price, you get these nice little features plus nice capacity. I'd definitely recommend it.

Dries even the large bedding quilts, quiet very pleased

Much better clothes dryer than previously owned. Like the large swing down door - keeps clothes off floor when loading/unloading. Interior light is nice touch, too. Seems to be saving energy with the built-in moisture sensor. Large sized drum and quiet operation is an upgrade.

This dryer has a big capacity and dries all clothes perfectly. One thing I like the most is the pull down door as it makes for a great place to set and catch clothes while loading/unloading. No need for fancy lights and buttons and phone app control as this is a CLOTHES DRYER. Simple and works fantastic.

Needed a dryer fast and this was on sale with no delivery or haul away old dryer fee. Does the job great. Excellent dryer for the money. Love it. Best Buy delivery guys are great.

Replaced my 20 yr old Whirlpool dryer with this new, similar model. Don't do lots of laundry since all the kids are grown and gone! This is perfect for us, simple and easy to use, dries cloths fast and meets all the requirements I was looking for. This doesn't have all the bells & whistles or the 20 plus setting options, which is way more than most people need and just add more electronics to break...in my opinion anyway! Highly recommend this "just above basic" dryer for those that don't need the multiple and sometimes confusing options. The 3 Low settings are a plus for delicate items and all the "extra cycles" I need. I hope this last as long as my previous dryer. Just an FYI...my 20yr old washer is still going strong too, only 1 small repair that I did which cost $15 and about 15 minutes to complete...another reason to avoid all those multiple options & controls!!

This is definitely an upgrade from my old dryer. It is very large inside and works so well. I have had zero issues and love how big it is!!

Its a good dryer especially for thenprice. Its quiet and very roomy. The buttons are soft touch which i love.

We bought this dryer after searching through a long list. The wrinkle release option is nice. It is so much quieter than our old dryer too. We have a family of 5, and this dryer holds large loads easily.

Everything was great right from the start. The dryer does exactly what it is supposed to do...dry clothes. The temperature settings are accurate, and the dryer is easy to use, which is important for me.

I recently moved and needed to get my own washer/dryer. I looked around and decided on Whirlpool. This dryer is large enough to handle anything I would need and more. The settings took a bit of getting used to. Especially the sense settings. This is the first dryer I've used that accurately dried an entire load of mixed clothing/towels. Normally, a towel or pair of thicker pants (jeans..) would still be wet. It can be quite annoying, but not with this dryer. I've done many loads and have only used the sense settings. I'm happy to admit that everything has left the dryer dry on one cycle. The only negative I have is not the fault of the dryer. Where my dryer outlet is prevents me from having the washer and dryer neatly next to each other. I have about 1.5 feet between them. I made this work by putting a waste can in the space. Gotta do what you gotta do. Buy this dryer if you want a well made, and great running dryer.

We purchased this dryer to replace a similar Whirlpool dryer we had for about 12 years. This dryer has all the important features such as the drying sensor, multiple temperature settings and wrinkle guard. It also has the hamper door so clothes don't fall on the ground when loading or unloading. We were surprised how few dryers have this style of door but I think it is great. It does make it a little harder to reach the clothes in the back when done. We've had the dryer for about a month and we do about 15 loads a week. It dries clothes very fast. We love it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it is a little louder than I expected for a new dryer

I was searching for a dryer that was simple to use and this one fits what I needed. I am not a fan of the door opening down instead of out though. Having a light inside of it is a plus! ;) The warranty was better for this dryer also.

Great dryer. Not loud at all. Its nice that it has an energy saving mode as well. Saves on energy while drying your clothes

This dryer works well, and it is reasonably priced. It has a large capacity, many different settings, and easy to understand controls. Definitely a huge improvement over my last dryer. Hook up was relatively easy, although I had a tight workspace to put it in. Delivery was efficient and easy – the delivery guys were very friendly.
