This machine was chosen because it has a drop down door...However, it is a great dryer, is quiet and dries good. It is a good choice for a medium priced dryer.

It's a good dryer and has a good amount of space. I do a lot of laundry and the loads tend to be on the larger side. I'm able to get the clothes dry in one cycle.

Bought this dryer after reviews of the brands weren't do glowing. I like the simplistic dials and settings. I like the energy saving features.

Replaced a 20 year old dryer that would have cost too much to repair. This one does a better job of drying, the moisture sensor is spot on for my taste, and is noticeably quieter.

Wanted the dryer with the pull down door. Whirlpool is the only brand that has that. Works well, dries quickly and quietly.

We were in need of a new dry since ours decided it no longer wanted you work for us. So i went to my local best buy to look to see what they had that worked well with our budget. We looked over what they had and decided that Whirlpool - Cabrio 7.0 Cu. Ft. 13-Cycle Electric Dryer fit what we were looking for. Very happy with our choice. It dryer fast, but never over heats so no shrinking of clothing. Large size of 7 cf helps with drying large loads of laundry and its 13 different settings plus the winkle free setting does wonders for anything we are drying.

Very happy with purchase, delivery, etc. Dries Quickly, I use mostly Low setting on Energy Saver side. Would recommend.

Old dryer took over 2 hours to dry. Time to get new one. This dryer was not super expensive but works great. Even has light when you open door.

The dryer is so big and dries clothes so fast. We can put even a comforter into it and it dries almost as fast as a load of clothes .

I came to Best Buy knowing how much I wanted to pay for a new dryer. My motto is Never Pay Full Price, I ALWAYS shop around, and check online first! I saw this dryer online through the Best Buy website, it was in their clearence, section. I wanted to actually see it first hand before making the purchase. When I arrived at the store, sales people warmly greeted me, and asked if I neede any help, I said that I wanted to know where your clearence items were, a young sales clerk escorted me over there, I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for ahead of time, and I still had a few questions about the product and how did it compare to some other dryers that were already sitting there also. The young sales clerk, proceeded to try his hardest to convince me that I need a brand new dryer, and I would be better off with new! finally I was so mad, I told him, that I did not want to pay the full price for a new dryer, and if Best Buy doesn't want to sell their scratch and dent clearence items, than they should not put them on their web site! I was so mad, and I almost left the store! He promptly left me alone! Anyway I went to the counter and explained that I wanted to buy the dryer, and the sales clerk was friendly and made sure the sale went smoothly. I think this young man should be a car salesman, he would probably do much better! That kind of salesmanship, does not sit well with me! I love the Dryer, it performs exactly as expected, I really don't care about the small scratches and dent, does not matter to me whatsoever, it's sitting in my basement! Who cares what it looks like as long as it gets the job done!

Don't buy a "smart appliance", they have alot of unnecessary features that you don't need. And after the OS is no longer supported, you have to buy new, usually this happens after only a few years. Don't believe me? What about your smart phone you had for a long time? This dumb appliance (drier) will still be in service for many years to come, and doesn't require an engineering degree to figure out to use it. By the way I am an Electrical Engineer so this statement in not a rhetorical statement. Oh by the way the drier looks great, works great and is a good brand.

This clothes dryer is so much quieter and dries my clothes much faster than my older Maytag.

My criteria for purchase of a dryer was that it have a pull-down door because of both the location of the dryer and my own preference. I really wanted a higher end product, but since this was the best dryer available with a pull down door I purchased both this and the washer to match. All in all, I have been very happy with the dryer, all the settings I need are there and they are easy to set. Coming from a fully digitized model I found the dial twist settings a bit less precise, but they work and the clothes get dry. Guess I don't need more than that.

Performance is good and very easy to use. I had a very helpful salesman and will go back to buy matching washer.

We were in the market for an affordable washer/dryer set for a new rental home and this is what we settled on. Overall, I haven't had any problems other than if not using the high heat setting, you may have to dry the load a second time to completely dry your clothes/sheets, etc. I do like the large capacity of this dryer. I dislike the type of lint trap it has, but that was expected since most cheaper dryers have this type. I would still recommend this product to someone looking for an affordable option.
