Dryer works great. With 2 very active children I go through a lot of dirty laundry. The clothes are ready when they need them.

We needed a new dryer and this one has been an excellent selection. It has a large capacity.

One installer was rude...said the units were too big and they would not fit and I needed to return them for smaller units. I had carefully measured and was surprised. I tried to talk to him about it but he walked outside. He came back, switched the units and everything was ok. I tried to thank him but he didn't respond. The younger man with him was very nice and helpful. It was late in the day and maybe the older man was tired. Will not stop me from purchasing at Best Buy.

Lots of helpful settings. Another plus is that it’s very quiet. Clothes are always dry and wrinkle free

I love my dryer. It's basic without a lot of fancy features which is exactly what I wanted. I got a great deal on an open box. It was returned because it was too wide for the space the first person had, but I have plenty space. They gave me extra $ off to take it right then in there, loaned me a tape measure to let me measure my car and see if it would fit, wrapped it in plastic, and helped me load it in the back of my car. They told me how to install it and I had absolutely not problem doing it all by myself. It was a pleasant low cost experience.

This dryer was easy to install and operate. A simple no frills machine that works for our location and usage.

Some complained of the loud buzzer when the cycle is complete. They were right items loud. But it's not any louder than your standard dryer.

Decent dryer, but I wish I had bought the next model up. My dryer quit during the pandemic, and no service technicians could even schedule a visit for 10 days so I was desperate for a working dryer. I would have preferred to repair mine since I liked the features. This is the mid-grade model, aka no frills. I miss the electronic controls and the countdown timer of my previous Whirlpool. This one has control knobs and no countdown until end of cycle.
