Had an issue with auto shut-off.

Product has had one problem in first month of operation, as it shut itself off, possibly from overheating. This unit was purchased for a rental, so I’m not the operator. Told renter to alter usage. To date have not had a another instance.

Great washer

I love that it has all the Bells in whistles that most front loads have including the way it could measure what amount of water needs. I was also surprised at how huge and how big a load I could put in this washer.

Great Dryer

This makes it easy to have it to the left or right of the washer depending on how your hook-ups are set up. I have only had it a short time, but it works great. The buzzer is short when it is finished. The lint trap on top makes it easy to clean before or after each load.
