Over all on the washer and dry am not to please with the items at all the washer takes forever and the dryer DOES NOT DRY THE CLOTHES completely

We were excited about the function which monitors the dryness of the clothes and cuts off the cycle accordingly. It's a very smart feature. My mother likes this machine a lot so far, and it has been several months later.
