They drier works well and I love the steam dry setting. My only complaint is that the top of the machine slopes forward at the front. When you try to set things on it they fall to the floor.

Everything works as it should. I especially like that the lint filter is removable from the top - no need to bend down to access it as in my old dryer.

Dryer has been great. Drying performance has been somewhat lower than expected. Sometimes have to turn back on to get a normal load fully dry, even with a clear flowing exhaust vent.

Looks good and works just as good! For the price this dryer is amazing at what it does! Only weird thing is to start you have to hold the start button until three lights blink. Only takes 5 seconds but it isn’t a deal breaker.

I bought this dryer as part of a set with washer, I love that it has a large capacity and that it has a steam refresh setting because let's all be honest here, we all forget the clothes in the dryer and the steam refresh setting is a godsend

I was hoping to love this, since my previous dryer not only was conking out but was also very small capacity. When I read the great reviews on this one, particularly about how it could dry large loads in one cycle (I'd been having to dry even small items like three times in the fading previous dryer); and it seemed to have great options, unlike my previous one. AND, while my dryer area isn't anywhere near my washing machine or a water hook up and so I wouldn't be able to use the steam function, I still thought it was great and useful in the future if I remodel or moved. I felt more lucky when I saw this as an open box model and immensely discounted, so bought it without hesitation. For this, I have no regrets - I would have gotten it anyway, especially with the zero interest deal on my Best Buy credit card a further temptation. BUT, I'm glad i did not pay full price because it's a bit of a disappointment: it does not dry loads fully on the 'sense' mode, I still have to sort out items and re-dry things sometimes as many as two more times -- shorter cycles, of course, but still feel that should not be necessary in the first place. This also applies to large loads - which is what I was so happy to think I'd be able to dry 'in one shot.' Nope. I have to separate out amounts of a laundry load in order to maximize drying efficiency (for example, a cotton quilt and sheets plus another blanket or even load of clothes, which all fit in one laundry wash cycle, have to be separated into three different dryer sessions or else they would never all dry together, even on high for 90 minutes). SOOO, while I'm not thrilled, I'm also not really that upset, because (1) I needed a new dryer asap (2) for the sale price, it is worth it, I would not have done better probably (3) I like Best Buy! (4) it's still a nice big dryer that is a huge improvement over the previous one.
